Thanks to Jerry Doyle for bringing to light an amazing attempt by O’Reilly to attached the Joe Paterno sex abuse scandal and Ron Paul’s fight to end the war on drugs. O’Reilly has stepped over the line once again and is sure to receive some more massive Blowback from Paul supporters.

Meanwhile the plot thickens, during Jerry Doyle’s show he exposes some unsavory behind the scenes shakedown attempts by Fox News, Roger Ailes and Bill O’Reilly. They called Doyle and threatened to find a way to take him down after his endorsement of Ron Paul. Doyle wasn’t phased by this and he came out today saying that he has dirt on Bill O’Reilly, he has the names and the places?

Three New Hampshire newspapers endorsed Ron Paul for President on Wednesday, the Texas congressman’s campaign headquarters said in a press statement.

The Littleton Courier, Berlin Reporter, and Coos County Democrat all endorsed Paul for president in the 2012 election.

“Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney has been in the lead for months,” wrote one of the op-eds, “but voters still seem desperate for an alternative. There’s always another candidate pulling stronger or almost as strong numbers in the polls. Voters have lost faith in Obama, but they are not sold on Romney to replace him. Congressman Ron Paul, however, has never voted to raise a tax and voted against all of the bailouts that have riled up Tea Partiers and Occupy Wall Streeters alike,” editors at these papers said. I spent 33 years and four months in active military service and during that period I spent most of my time as a high class muscle man for Big Business, for Wall Street and the bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism. I helped make Mexico and especially Tampico safe for American oil interests in 1914.

I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Bank boys to collect revenues in.

I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefit of Wall Street.

I helped purify Nicaragua for the International Banking House of Brown Brothers in 1902-1912.

I brought light to the Dominican Republic for the American sugar interest in 1916. I helped make Honduras right for the American fruit companies in 1903. In China in 1927 I helped see to it that Standard Oil went on its way unmolested. Looking back on it, I might have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was to operate his racket in three districts. I operated on three continents."

With military spending effectively untouchable, the insignificance of the "historic deal" can be put into perspective by downsizing the astronomical and incomprehensible federal budget to a commensurate household budget. By removing eight zeros from the trillions, the federal figures were now easily understood as a budget for the mythical average American family...the Jones's.

So you ask, what are my thoughts on this. Well, I do know how families work. If you are a member of my family, depending on which side of the political spectrum your on, you will get my undivided support. Of course that means in plain simple english, my pocket book.

The biggest expense of the Federal Government is the Military. The Democrats claim they want to cut military spending but never do. The Republicans say we need a strong military to protect us.

My question is, are we safer today than we were 60 years ago? How about 50 years ago? 30 years ago? 10 years ago? It seems to me that the more money we spend on Military, the less safe we are.

Now I know that I'm just a simple little house wife, but even I can see that the more we promote global governance, the less safe this country is.

Here's an example to consider. I took my 83 year old mother grocery shopping. When we were at the check out I made a comment to the check out clerk about all the self check out lanes at Meijer. I told her we were helping to protect her job by coming to her lane. That's when she informed us that she really didn't care because she was only going to be there for another couple of weeks.

You see, she joined the Navy. This young lady informed us of how hard it was for her and her husband to afford her college education, child care, and talked about all the student loan debt. On the other hand, she could enlist in the Navy, have her education paid for by TAXPAYERS, child care PAID FOR BY TAXPAYERS, health insurance paid for by TAXPAYERS, housing paid for by TAXPAYERS, and her life would be good.

What I didn't hear was; I want to serve to protect my country.

This young lady went on to explain that her husband has a bad knee so he can't go in. So it's up to her to enlist to get all the benefits that the military has to offer along with the generous singing bonus.

So here's what I have come to conclude.

Democrats offer a free ride to minority groups by way of welfare, Republicans offer a free ride to the more educated by way of military service. Either way, it's a great big burden to the TAXPAYER which is shrinking in todays FREE SOCIETY.

Neither group gives a damn about the Constitution, Bill of Rights, or anything else this country used to stand for. It's all about benefits and who gets what.

MSNBC's Farce GOP Debate

Let me start by giving the definition of the word FARCE:

a comic dramatic work using buffoonery and horseplay and typically including crude characterization and ludicrously improbable situations.
• the genre of such works.
• an absurd event : the debate turned into a drunken farce.

Now I could be wrong, but in my opinion, a debate is an event where candidates have the chance to formally discuss their platform for the voting public. Each candidate who has applied for the Job of President should be allowed to answer each question asked so that voters can decide which candidate has the best interest of the country as a whole.

So I say again, MSNBC's debate was a Farce, a joke, an absurd event that focused on only two candidates, the two most liberal candidates the GOP has to offer.

My husband keep track of how many questions were asked of each candidate and how many times they received follow up questions and how many times each candidate was allowed a rebuttal.

The tally was that Perry and Romney together either were asked or allowed to rebut 39 times.

The other six candidates standing on stage together were allowed to speak up 43 times.

Here's the break down.

Cain - 5 questions and broke in once for a total of 6

Huntsman - 7 questions, one rebuttal - total 8

Gingrich - 6 questions - total 6

Santorum - 5 questions 1 rebuttal - total 6

Bachmann - 7 questions, 2 follow up questions, 1 rebuttal - total 10

Paul - 5 direct questions, 1 follow up question, 4 rebuttals - total 9

I would like to thank Jarden Home Brands, or Ball®, for responding and taking the time to look at the pictures. I would also like to point out that out of the 7 new cases of jars and lids I purchased this year, I had this problem with only one of the cases.

If you should ever experience this, here's what is recommended by the company.

The sealing problem appears to be the result of a buckled lid. Our home canning lids are made to release the pressure inside the jar that builds up during processing. This is called “venting” and after the jar is vented, the lid seals, leaving a vacuum. Occasionally, if the band is screwed down too tightly, the lid seals onto the jar before it has thoroughly vented. When this happens, pressure within the jar builds up causing the lid to buckle. To help prevent this from happening, we recommend screwing the bands down to the point of resistance.

Boiling the lids may also cause buckling. When lids are boiled, the sealing compound may be softened too much. This could cause the jar to seal prematurely. Then, as the jars seals, the lid will buckle. Lids should be placed in a saucepan of water and heated until hot (180°F).

A rapid drop in the temperature of a pressure canner may also cause buckling. For this reason, we recommend allowing the canner to cool naturally.

In addition, excess air in the jar may also cause the lids to buckle. Use a non metallic utensil to remove excess air from jars before sealing. Accurate headspace is important and the appropriate amount should be used for each food type.

I have always relied on BALL to provide me with the best canning supplies. I have never had a problem with the lids until this year. I don't know if BALL is OUTSOURCING the manufacturing of the lids or not, but just take a look at these pictures of the jars I processed today and tell me if this is acceptable to you?

When Michigan passed Heidi's Law on DUI's, the courts violated the Constitutional Right to;

49. Under your Applicant’s Right to a Republic subject to temporal limitations of its Legislative Powers, that which was forgiven your Applicant in the past and agreed to be in the past; such as Applicant’s Minor Act of Drunk driving in 1987, and inadmissible in at the time of his First Adult Drunk Driving charge in 1990, and that First offense being forgiven 10 years later in the year 2000 due to the 10 year statute of limitations existing at that time and at least 6 years prior to the enactment of Heidi’s Law; Applicant existed for 7 years with a clean slate between himself and the PEOPLE of Michigan, by agreement of the PEOPLE of Michigan through their laws, and cannot be dragged back in by mere alteration of statutes of limitation for non-expunged or non-forgiven acts.

50. Your Applicant asserts that the application of Heidi’s Law in this case breeched that societal agreement and legal status of the Applicant. It violated his Constitutional, Ninth, and Tenth Amendment protected Right to a stable government and a system of stable laws which is provided for by his Right to a Republican form of government bound to Temporal Legislative Limitations.

51. The Michigan Supreme Court confirms this fundamental Right to, and aspect of, a Republican form of Government guaranteed in the United States Constitution Article 4 Section 4, and states that retroactive Legislation needs to be checked by this argument which patches the wide hole in ex post facto argument, in order to restore and maintain the Republic:

“Troubled though I am by the 1987 amendments at issue here, reaching back as they do to rewrite the past by altering the past consequences of past transactions, the lamentable failure of the United States Supreme Court to articulate any discernible limits on the constitutionality of retroactive … legislation …

“The threat that retroactive legislation poses to our system of republican government should, in my judgment, be taken very seriously. The alarm has been sounded by Professor Julian N. Eule, in his recent article Temporal limits on the legislative mandate: Entrenchment and retroactivity, 1987 Am B Found Res J 379. I write separately primarily to amplify Professor Eule's message.

“Regarding the current state of the law, Professor Eule neatly sums up the sad state of affairs as follows:

Efforts to locate limits on retroactivity in the due process clauses of the fifth and fourteenth amendments, although once viewed as promising, seem to have fallen on hard times. The resurrection of the contract clause has not been paralleled under the due process provisions. The occasional noises emanating from the Court, designed to remind us that the route is not foreclosed, have a hollow ring to them. In Usery v Turner Elkhorn Mining Co [428 U.S. 1; 96 S Ct 2882; 49 L Ed 2d 752 (1976)], for example, Justice Marshall, writing for the Court, concluded … with the statement: "It does not follow, however, that what Congress can legislate prospectively it can legislate retrospectively."

“The Framers were not blind to the citizenry's need for some security from the "fluctuating policy" of successive legislatures. It was to fulfill this need, said Madison, that the contract and ex post facto clauses were written into the Constitution. Conflicting lessons can be drawn from the inclusion of these restraints. They may alternatively be viewed as limited sanctuaries from the otherwise unfettered authority of legislatures to undo the policy judgments of their predecessors or as compelling evidence of the disfavored status of retrospective lawmaking. It is the choice between these competing visions -- rather than the debate over natural law -- that ultimately divided Justices Iredell and Chase in Calder v Bull [3 U.S. (3 Dall) 386; 1 L Ed 648 (1798)].

“For Justice Iredell this ended the constitutional inquiry since he believed that the legislature's power necessarily included all that was not expressly denied to it.

“Iredell was not blind to the possibilities for abuse, but he contended that such risks had been undertaken willingly by the people when they delegated authority to their agents.

“Justice Chase viewed the people's grant as more restrained. Rejecting Iredell's assumption that power not denied was conferred, Chase maintained instead that power not conferred was denied. A determination of what authority the people had entrusted to their agents (through the federal or state constitution) could not be made without an understanding of the principles of a republican form of government. Legislation inconsistent with those principles should be viewed as beyond the scope of the grant. The inapplicability of the ex post facto clause did not foreclose the possibility that the power exercised by the … legislature was one that the people … had not conferred.

Chase's thesis was not that government could not be given the authority to act retrospectively, but that the conferral of power to act at odds with republican principles should not be "presumed."

“The voters do not delegate authority to rewrite history. Their earlier agents exercised legitimate authority when they enacted legislation. While such efforts may be repealed, this is not the same as retrospective eradication. A decision that bills defeated by prior legislatures can now be enacted and treated as if they had been enacted earlier arguably runs afoul of this same principle. The then-authorized representatives made a choice, and this decision demands recognition as the choice of the polity for that point in time. Each set of elected officials ought to be viewed as endowed by their sovereign with the mandate to make policy choices only within a bracketed temporal zone. Just as the delegation of authority does not encompass incursions into the domain of legislatures yet to come, it does not contemplate contravening the sanctity of time past.

“While I contend that the prohibition against entrenchment and retroactivity are both products of the temporal boundaries the electorate affixes to its mandate, I do not pretend that these two borders are drawn to serve identical ends. I do believe they manifest a common interest in affording each generation of voters the opportunity to determine for itself, through its representatives, the rules that will govern its daily life. The two constraints, however, satisfy different -- and at times conflicting -- human needs. The postmandate restriction protects flexibility. It preserves the polity's right to change its mind. The premandate limitation, on the other hand, offers stability. It enables the polity to alter its direction, without unduly undermining the security we all find so necessary. This means that the choices of our representatives can be relied on for the temporal realm in which these agents legitimately exercised authority. No more is guaranteed, but no less is tolerable. So when I read articles such as this one on Fox and watch this Propaganda on TV, when I know that there are so many people willing to fill those jobs except they all use Manpower Group who will not even take an application from a convicted felon, no matter what the charge, and most companies have a "NO FELON" rule, is it any wonder they can't find "QUALIFIED WORKERS".

My brother didn't get his last DUI because he caused an accident. He did get his last DUI because the Rockford police were stationed across the street from the Catholic Church who was holding a Beer Tent fundraiser and the officer followed my brother Alex Sasak until he was almost home. Then made an excuse about a tail light being out to pull him over. I guess the officer had a quota to fill.

Not only did this cause Alex Sasak to loose his good paying job, but he has lost his home to foreclosure, his life and everything he has worked all his life for. Do you think he may be just a little bit angry? I know I am.

There was no harm done to anyone, no personal damage, no injury to anyone, yet Alex Sasak is suffering the loss of everything just because an officer needed to meet his quota of tickets for the month. I was going to save this for the cook book I'm writing but, I will share.

Depending on how many people you are feeding, let's say you have 4 chops. 2 eggs, salt and pepper and beat the eggs.

BUT first you must season the chops. Now you can do this the day before and refrigerate over night which is best, but if you forget you can do this 4 hours before.

I like to use fresh crushed garlic but you can buy the crushed in a jar from the store as well. Take about a teaspoon for each chop and spread it around so the whole chop is covered. Then sprinkle Rosemary and even Paprika and a pinch of cayenne pepper on each chop.

Take about 4 slices of sourdough bread and 4 slices of vienna bread and toast it. For those of you who are doing the gluten free diet, you can substitute) I like to toast it twice but it depends on how hot your toaster gets. You want the bread golden brown but also dry all the way through. Then put it in the blender on high until you have bread crumbs. Add 2 Tlb. parmesan cheese to bread crumbs.

Dip chops in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs, and lay them on a cutting board until you have all the chops coated. While doing this, you want to have a cast iron fry pan with about a 1/4" olive oil and 2 tlb. butter heating up. When you have all the chops coated, coat them again and fry. You can do this with pork or lamb chops.

You’ll have to watch this to believe it.

Maybe it's time we re-think this whole concept of Probation. If a person commits a crime, we send them to jail. It used to be that once they served their time, they were free to go. Not anymore. Now, when a person gets out of jail, they usually have another couple of years of jumping through hoops at the whim of a probation officer. At any time, this probation officer can cite them for a violation which sends that person back to jail and starts probation all over again. I think they call it JOB SECURITY.

It has taken me many years of reading and listening to Business and Investment news to finally understand the economy and how we as a country have gotten ourselves into such a mess. You don't have to be a genius, just start paying attention and apply some common sense. After all, I'm just a house wife. I don't have a college education, or any alphabet letters after my name.

I do know the simple basics that if all you have is $10, you can't spend $12. Oh sure, if you have a credit card, and you can afford to make the minimum payment each month, I guess you can spend up to the limit on the card. But then your payment only covers the interest, so you either get the limit raised or you must figure out how to pay down the balance which only goes up each month because you can only afford to pay on the interest.

This is where our country is today. Obama want's the Congress to approve raising the debt limit on the credit card, but we are only making interest payments on what's owed right now.

When we as individuals do this, we end up in bankruptcy or, if we use common sense, we STOP SPENDING, split the credit card payment up into weekly payments, and pay a little extra on it. That way, we cut the interest and start paying on the principle. And when the credit card is paid off, start putting that amount of money in a savings plan.

I did listen to Jay Taylor's show from yesterday and thought I would share it with the rest of you.

Once Upon A Time...

Once Upon A Time in the United States, starting a business was a simple thing. If you believed in yourself, the product or service you produced, all you had to do was hang up a sign and go to work.

Today, you must fill out a bunch of paperwork, register with the STATE, acquire an IRS ID number and apply for a Federal Government Grant just to start a small business.

It could be just me, but does anyone else see something wrong with this picture?

My how times have changed, or have they?

Today, it's all about jobs, debt, and who offers the best benefits. Being your own boss today means you are required by law to pay minimum wage, offer health care, and a pension plan (401K's tied to the stock market). Pay half of your employee's Social Security, Medicade/Medicare and Un-employment Benefits. Well, that just makes me want to start a business today, how about you?

Or, you can find a job within the government somewhere, and have all the benefits as well as a upper middle class pay check. Is this the new American Dream?

If working for government is the new american dream, who's going to be there to support this system? Good question. I haven't found the answer to that one yet, maybe some of you more educated people out there can help me understand this part of economics. After all, I'm just a simple house wife who can't deficit spend. I don't have a printing press that allows me to just print up dollar bills to loan out at extortion rates of interest.

I keep getting emails asking me to support our military. I do consider myself to be a very patriotic American. If we were really at war with another country for a good reason, I would be first in line to support our tropes. But, we have not been in a declared war since WWII. And prior to WWII, we never had military bases all over the globe, 130+ countries and counting.

I happened to meet and talk with a young man of 22 this summer, who had just served three years in the army. He signed up because... the army offered $15.000 as a signing bonus and will pay for college education. He felt his brother was foolish for signing up for six years in order to get the $40,000 signing bonus. This young man said his FREEDOM wasn't worth the extra money. During his three years in the army, he never went to any part of the world where we are engaged in a military action.

Now, if we are in over 130 country's, and we are supporting the military bases there, all the military personal and their families, how many people do you suppose that puts on the payroll for military spending? ARE WE SAFER??? The more we expand our military, the less safe we are it seems. But then again, I'm just a house wife who remembers when you could get on a ferry boat in Muskegon, Michigan, cross Lake Michigan to Milwaukee Wisconsin without having to show ID just to be in the waiting area.

I certainly never thought I would live to see the day that I would have to allow a stranger to touch my body just to fly on an airplane to another US state. ARE WE SAFER??? Or are we just so stupid that we will allow government employees to sexually assault us because they need to create jobs to replace the manufacturing jobs lost due to the heavy tax/regulate mentality of the COMMUNIST in the United States today.

Someone this past weekend sent me one of those "Support our Military" emails, and I brought these facts up to her. She came back and said that we should re-instate the draft and get rid of these incentives to join the military.

Ok, who among you have daughters, Granddaughters, nieces, ect...ect? Now that the Women's Libbers have successfully gotten girls out on the battle field, who among you are willing to have your little princes drafted?

Can't you just see the Prom Queen from your local high school giving up lipstick and shopping for camo and an automatic rifle? Well, I can tell you that non of the GIRLS in my family have any desire to go into combat. How about your GIRLS?

But then again, Hitler and Stolen as well as Lenin did get women into combat, so why not Socialist America? After all, aren't we ALL patriotic?

Many people have commented on the ROSE picture that I chose for my blog header. Well, that is a rose that I have in my garden and is one of my favorites because of it's Monet color. And the fact that I have always been impressed by the french IMPRESSIONEST painter, Claude Monet.

I have grown roses almost all of my life. Go figure. Could it be because my name is ROSE?

Anyway, for those of you out there who are interested in what is the very best food to grow healthy roses, I found the answer. I struggled like most of you with dealing with black spot, mildew, and other nasty things that seem to attack rose bushes.

Then one day, the IRS sent my husband to prison for the misdemeanour of willful failure to file an IRS FORM. There he meet Michael. Michael, who's mother came to America from Jamaica, grew up in the south and worked in the field's for farmers. It was Michael who told my husband that if I wanted to grow the best roses, I needed to get Guano, or commonly known as Bat Poop.

I went in search of Bat Poop and found right here in Muskegon County, Papa's Perfect Poop, imported from South America.

I have tried all kinds of fertilizers and have never had one that would keep the plant so healthy that the only thing you have to battle is the Japanese Beetle. Just take a look at what healthy roses look like when fed once a week with a LITTLE PAPA'S PERFECT POOP.

I could go on and on but I think you get the idea. I have over 30 rose bushes and I'm sure that you only need a couple of examples here. Unlike the politicians in Washington DC, I know that you are intelligent enough to figure this out for yourself.

Here's what I do. If mixing 1 gal at a time, I use 6 tlb. of Papa's Perfect Poop in a 1 gal milk jug. Add HOT HOT water and let sit for 24 hours. Then give each plant about 1 cup once a week.

In my case, I use a 5 gal bucket and put 2 cups of Papa"s Perfect Poop in, like I said, I have 30 rose bushes to feed. Good Luck and HAPPY GARDENING.

Casey Anthony Verdict Aftermath!

As I listen to the Media Pundit's and read the news articles on Casey Anthony's verdict, I can see just how effective the lack of education is in this country. According to what I was taught in grade school back in the late 50's, the jury came back with the only verdict they could. But look what one Orlando real estate broker had to say.

As the sentence was announced, Orlando real estate broker Flora Reece stood outside the courthouse with a sign that read "Arrest the Jury."

Is there someone out there who can PLEASE give Flora Reece a copy of the William Penn case? Poor Flora needs some real education in the function of the Jury system and stop making such a fool of herself in public.

Casey Anthony is a very emotionally troubled young lady. Maybe some day, with the proper help, she will be able to tell the truth about what happened to that beautiful little girl. Maybe the police will come up with some evidence to prove what happened to this child. But sending death threats to her parents, at a time when they are so torn apart by Casey, only shows what a GODLESS society this country has become.

Until you have walked in their shoes, until you have had to deal with your own emotionally disturbed child, one who will cut your heart out, slice it, dice it and hand it back to you on a plater, you should not judge.

We as parents, those of us who CHOOSE TO BE PARENTS, love our children. We care for them and raise them the best we know how. But God doesn't give us a guarantee that evil forces won't interfere in their developmental years leaving you with a Casey Anthony.

I'd like to know where our Liberal Media is in this debate. After all, isn't it a WOMAN'S RIGHT to CHOOSE? What difference does it make if you kill the child in the womb or out? If it becomes inconvenient to be a mother, what difference does it make when the child is exterminated?

What I see going on is a bunch of HYPOCRITICAL PEOPLE screaming for blood, just as in the Bible, the POLITICAL MASSES allowed Barabbas to go free and Crucified Jesus for not paying TAXES to Caesar. Who was it that Crucified Jesus? The Highh Priest Caiaphas, and the Scribes and Elders who REPRESENTED the Jewish People. The same people who derived their INCOME from the taxes collected.

Judge vs. jury
During the trial, the jury and the crowds in the courthouse began to appreciate William Penn’s defense that by merely speaking on a street corner he had not violated a law. The Crown produced no substantive evidence against him. When Penn interrupted the trial with questions and objections, he was removed from the presence of the jury and confined in an enclosed corner of the room where he could not confront witnesses accusing him of preaching to the Quakers or ask questions of the witnesses who testified against him.

Dealing with Social Security Disability Insurance

I know that Social Security is a sensitive subject these days. But I wonder how many people relate government owned and operated insurance with how private insurance companies operate in this country today.

How many people understand that it is through the legislative process and regulations that allow insurance companies to deny the protection that you pay them for.

Each state controls what insurance companies can sell you in your state. In fact, the state receives a portion of what you pay in premiums. I know, most of you don't know this and really don't care. Well, you don't care until you find that you have been paying for something that really doesn't exist.

Let's take a look at auto insurance. In Michigan, we have NO FAULT, insurance. The state allows the insurance companies TWO months to settle your claim if you are involved in an accident to either have your auto fixed or in the case the insurance determines your auto would cost them more to fix it than replace it, they will total it out.

So what numbers do the insurance companies use when they total out your car? Here in Michigan, they use dealer prices and then offer you less than dealer price. Keep in mind that the state gives them Two MONTHS to play with you and bring you down to their price. How many people can wait for TWO MONTHS to replace their car.

But what if you are injured? Want to live through a nightmare? Put a bumper sticker on the back of your car that says HIT ME.

Whiplash can devastate your whole life, but, don't tell the state legislators who receive lots of money for their campaign from insurance employees.

Here in Michigan, you will find that if you don’t have health care insurance, and you are injured in a car accident, your auto insurance will not pre approve anything that will prove your injury. Any test the doctor orders will have to be paid out of your pocket and then if it’s something the insurance company approves of, depending what the test and doctor determine, they may or may not pay for it.

Ok, so when the insurance is done denying and you have no other recourse, you follow your attorney’s advice and file for Social Security Disability.

Doesn’t that have a nice sounding name? SOCIAL SECURITY. Well, I did file, back in 2001. I was still dealing with my insurance company, ZURICH KEMPER LUBERMAN MUTUAL, and because I refused to take the mediation award of $10,000 which didn’t cover my medical, I went to court and lost.

I say I lost because while the JURY determined that I was injured, they didn’t feel the insurance company should have to pay the medical expenses I incurred. I guess if Gov. Engler hadn’t put caps on Attorney’s fees, maybe my attorney would have handled my case differently. Like maybe allow my doctors who were willing to come to court and testify, to do so. Instead, he just let the insurance companies attorney’s make me look like a “GOLD DIGGER”.

So, when my husband applied for SS Retirement, they asked him about me. He told them I had applied for SSD and was denied. The SS agent told him I needed to apply again.

So, now that you are up to date here, I applied AGAIN because a SS agent here in Muskegon, Michigan told my husband that I should.

Guess what, I just love it when I get those letters from agencies we PAY for protection that have DENIAL stamped on them.

But what’s even more telling is the veiled threat in the letter confirming that I will have a hearing before a Administrative Law Judge.

THE HEARING

At the hearing, you may present your case to the ALJ who will hear and decide it. The ALJ will consider the issue(s) you have raised and the evidence now in your file and any additional evidence you provide. The ALJ may consider other issues as well and, if necessary, change parts of the previous decision that were favorable to you. The Notice of Hearing will state the issues the ALJ plans to consider at the hearing.

Well, since there has never been any favorable decision in my direction, I guess I really have nothing to loose by demanding a JUDICIAL HEARING in front of an Administrative Law Judge who also works for the Federal Judicial Court System overseeing Federal Administrative Social Programs.

I watched the Debate that aired on Fox News last night from Greenville, South Carolina with great interest. I wanted to see how Fox would handle this first Debate and who Fox would proclaim the winner.

They always have a group of people off in a test room who grade the candidates after the debate is over. Either the American People themselves are so conditioned to be gullible, or Fox has a knack for picking those who will say what they want to hear.

According to the test group, Herman Cain was the candidate who most impressed them. When asked why, they answered; "Because he is the only one who has a plan".

I'm not sure if these people were watching the same debate that I watched last night. I'm still scratching my head trying to figure out just what PLAN Mr. Cain offered.

But the vast majority of the people sitting in with Republican pollster Frank Luntz said Cain had won the debate with his directness and straightforward delivery. (This despite the fact that when asked about what he would do in Afghanistan, he replied that he would rely on "the experts and their advice and their input." The Fox News debate moderators seemed incredulous that he did not offer a position.) Luntz appeared blown away by the response to Cain, which he cast as unprecedented. "Something very special happened this evening," he said.

Let me see, we have a President who came out of nowhere, had no experience, and is borrowing us into bankruptcy through the Federal Reserve. This President didn't have a plan except to promise us Hope and Change.

So who is Herman Cain? Well, at least Herman Cain does have some Executive experience, although Fox was very careful not to fully disclose all of Herman Cain's accomplishments last night. The only candidate who proclaimed that he has never held a Government Position.

So, who is he? The self-described ABC -- that's American Black Conservative -- is a former CEO of the Godfather's Pizza chain. He has also served stints as an Atlanta radio talk show host, a mathematician for the Department of the Navy and chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. So far Cain, 65, is the only prospective GOP candidate to form a presidential exploratory committee.

Well folks, I'm still going to stick with Ron Paul. It doesn't look like Herman Cain will ever FREE us from the hooks of the Private Bankers known as the Federal Reserve Bank that has put this country to ruin.

Lets review what Celente predicted for us with 4 years under Obama. We are now into our 3rd year, hows life holding up so far?

I wonder if anyone ever asks themselves, would things be different now if I had supported and voted for Ron Paul instead of ??? Will we keep making the same mistakes expecting a different result in the 2012 election?

Stu gave the context on who exactly Steven Lerner is, “The entire time [Glenn was] speaking about SEIU, this guy, by his own description, was the director of SEIU’s banking and finance campaign. He’s not just some guy in some little group. He is a big figure in SEIU until very recently and the entire time you were talking about SEIU, this is the guy heading up the banking.”

I have received emails from a few people asking who I'm going to support for President in 2012. Some of them even asked what I thought of "THE DONALD".

I don't know who I'm going to support. I know that it isn't anyone so far that has tipped their hat in the race.

The person I will support will be whom ever stands up and promises to abolish the Federal Reserve Act. That will have to be the number one priority.

I also want to hear that they will abolish the NEA and a few other Federal agencies.

It will have to be someone who will promise to go to Congress and ask Congress for a "Declaration of War" before attacking another country.

Fed Economist in Total Retreat: Is It Because of an Even More Embarassing Post?

David Andolfatto, Vice President in the Research Division of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, has still not responded to my argument against his point that a 95% decline in the value of the dollar was not harmful. I wrote:

That's it, the beginning and end of Andolfatto's Fed defense of destroying 95% of the value of the dollar. It all works out in the end, says Andolfatto. But, please, Mr. Andolfatto explain to me how this works out for someone who has been a careful saver of his money and now sees the purchasing power of that money destroyed? Please explain to me how this works out for a retired person on a fixed income who sees the declining purchasing power of that income? Please explain to me how this works out for the rest of the country when Wall Street bankers are the first to get their hands on newly printed Fed money, so that they can bid up all kinds of prices, including rents on apartments, which makes it difficult for anyone but a Wall Streeter to afford to live in Manhattan?

These damages, Mr. Andolfatto, you somehow don't see and even think Ron Paul is stupid and a pinhead for raising questions about them.

Now, it's not a case that Andolfatto hasn't seen my post or thought the post not worthy of reply. He wrote to me in an email:

Well, I'm laughing because I struck a real nerve here in Michigan. There are so many different groups all claiming to be fighting for Less Government, the Constitution and so on and so forth. But what are all these groups really fighting for.

Gov. Rick Snyder released his across the board budget cuts. Is anyone happy? I hear from this or that group that they like the cuts except for this or that part. Oh ya, THAT part affects them.

Then I read on FaceBook the question Rick Snyder posed to the Seniors, "Is it FAIR for a family of for with a household income of $50,000 pay more in taxes than a retired couple with an income of $62,000?"

My question is, "WHAT IS INCOME"??? When can we expect to be free of government bondage in our life??? And no, I did not get one response to my question back to Gov. Snyder, not from the Gov. or the 100+ others who responded. But then I really didn't expect that I would.

Don't ask me about Fair. You really don't even want to get me started on that word FAIR.

Who will pander to my WANTS, Ya, that's who I'll vote for. Forget my religious views, they don't count when it comes to my pocket book.

Some of the conversations I have had with CATHOLICS, CHRISTIAN REFORMED and other traditional church goers, who tell me that they will vote against their christian beliefs just because they are a government union employee and they want their blue ribbon benefits.

Well, good luck with that one, the day of reckoning is at hand, because what you believe in is just plain unsustainable.

Bernard von NotHaus, creator of the Liberty Dollar, was found guilty on two counts this morning in his counterfeiting trial at the federal courthouse in Statesville, N.C.

He was found guilty of making counterfeit coins and an intent to defraud. Sentencing will be held in several months.

The jury reached its decision in less than 90 minutes.

In this week's four days of defense testimony, von NotHaus maintained that his "medallion" was not legal tender. He said each piece contained the NORFED name and telephone number, but the government pointed out that the silver pieces bore a very strong resemblance to legal U.S. tender coins.

Forfeiture hearings began after the verdict was read in regard to property belonging to von NotHaus and others that was seized by the U.S. government. FULL STORY

We all want our children to have a College Education. We sent them to College with the idea that they will have a better chance to be productive and achieve the AMERICAN DREAM.

For the first 150 to 200 years after the Declaration of Independence, it was understood that...

Now these words are from the Declaration of Independence. It doesn't say HUMAN RIGHTS, but it does say "endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights".

So now I've been told by John Engle, an avowed Atheist here in Michigan that I am some kind of Religious Zealot because I have the ABILITY to read. I'm sorry that John CHOOSES not to believe in a CREATOR, but then John by denying a CREATOR, also denies the Bill of Rights. Does this mean John doesn't have the same rights as I do, of course not. But he denies them just the same.

Here in Michigan we have a GAY Lobby, they are lobbing to include their chosen lovers to be included as a spouse on their insurance policy claiming it to be a Right. So does this mean that we the TAXPAYER in the state of Michigan have to pay to cover whomever the Homosexual chooses as a lover?

If that's the case, then we the TAXPAYER will also end up covering whomever the Heterosexual chooses to live with as well.

Never in the history of mankind has anything ever been recognized as Marriage other than that of a man and woman who want to have children to become a family.

Never in the history of America, have we come to a point in time where Social Justice and Mans Law is above GOD'S Law.

When we followed the natural order, we had peace and prosperity. If we continue to follow the "Anything goes Crowd" we will loose our country. Just something to think about.

The Local Government Fiscal Accountability Act has been in place since 1990 and was signed by a Democrat governor – Jim Blanchard. Six cities, one village and one school district have operated under an EFM and declarations of financial emergency were made by both Republican Gov. John Engler and Democratic Gov. Jennifer Granholm.

“This law actually encourages local governments to fix their own problems so that the state doesn’t have to do it,” Hohman said. “If local leaders continually choose to ignore or hide their financial responsibility, then the state has a process to help the local government avoid bankruptcy. If the local unit continually refuses to follow the plans laid out, then the state government can appoint a short-term Emergency Manager. “

LaFaive said the existing law permits the elected officials to thwart the needed reforms.
“It was the elected governments that failed to respond effectively in the first place and may have actually caused the problems that brought the unit into fiscal disrepair in the first place,” LaFaive wrote. “The state law also gives that unit fair warning about the consequences of not solving its own fiscal problems.”

I have to ask, does anyone really know what the IRS defines as "Taxable Income"???

Do you think the jury will stay awake long enough to determine if the DOJ and IRS proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that David Black evaded paying his fair share, or will the Prosecution just manage to end their case on Friday at noon and the jury who want's to go home come back 45 minutes later with a conviction.

Go figure.

My own experience is that the prosecution has a bunch of checks they will show the jury, a couple of ringers who are paid to sway the jury will say things like, "don't let them get away with not paying their fair share" and within 45 minutes or less on a Friday afternoon, Mr. Black will find himself CONVICTED.

Works every time!!! When's the last time you sat in a court and really watched a trial?

I've got to take a breath here.

The fix is in.

The plan to have all county union contracts come due on the same day is already finalized.

County administrator Hammersley assured me, personally, that all the county union contracts were to be posted on the county website.

That was over three months ago.

But the county's link has only four contracts that are currently in place.

The other 6 contracts are expired or perhaps continuing until some date that us poor taxpayers don't understand.

But the plan to have EVERY union contract expire...and be reset on the same day is the union's holy grail!

The scheme is to have all union contracts due and re-approved on Sept. 30 2011.

Imagine the luxury of only having to explain and atone for 80% of the county budget once every 4 or 6 years.

Rather than have contracts be examined by citizens (those who PAY for the contracts!) every 6 months or so.

So who is Mike Connell??? Well, Mike moved his family to in 1988 when Mike became executive editor of the Times Herald in Port Huron. Carol leads the special education program at a Port Huron area high school. They have three sons. Ian is a teacher in New Haven, Michigan; Patrick is a teacher and coach in Port Huron; and Matthew is an Army officer.

Mike took early retirement in 2008, but he continues to write a Sunday front-page column for the Times Herald. He also is a novelist and poet.

Mike is a Fair Taxer Supporter. But then, I guess Mike Connell isn't of the shrinking middle class here in Michigan. My gut feeling is that Mike Connell is already set up with his own Survival program and could care less about Michigan or it's people since he isn't REALLY one of us.

Here in Michigan, we don't tax food for a reason Mike, or Dr. visit, Medication or (Labor) services for a reason. But I guess you don't get that never having been in business yourself.

Anyone who has read the Michigan Fair Tax proposal knows that you are promoting a sales tax on LABOR, which is unconstitutional.

You are promoting that a sales tax be collected on all Dr. visits, EXCEPT the portion your insurance carrier pays, IF your lucky enough to have a job where your employer offers health care. Hmmmmm, will we also pay a sales tax on the portion of that health care policy that our employer doesn't cover MIKE?

What your article doesn't cover Mike Connell, is the fact that we need to stop spending. We need to reduce the size of government.

We need a state legislative body who is willing to stop trying to tax us to death and will quit living off Federal Subsidies.

Ok, let's see where some of that FAIR SHARE is going, then it's up to you to determine if it's REALLY FAIR or not. Remember, we put people in prison who refuse to "Voluntarily" pay.

$116 Million to renovate the Blackstone Hotel in downtown Chicago

The landmark Blackstone Hotel in downtown Chicago, which has hosted 12 U.S. presidents, opened in 2008 after a two-year, $116 million renovation. Inside the Beaux Arts structure, built in 1910, buffed marble staircases greet guests spending up to $699 a night for rooms with views of Lake Michigan.

What’s surprising isn’t the opulent makeover: It’s how the project was financed. The work was subsidized by a federal development program intended to help poor communities.

The biggest beneficiary of taxpayer help for the Blackstone revamp was Prudential Financial Inc., the second-largest U.S. life insurer. The company got $15.6 million in tax credits from the U.S. Department of the Treasury for helping to fund the project, according to Chicago city records, Bloomberg Markets magazine reports in its March issue.

JPMorgan Chase & Co., the second-largest U.S. bank by assets, also took in money by serving as a lender and the monitor of Blackstone construction financing, city records show.

Since 2003, some of the world’s biggest financial companies, including Goldman Sachs Group Inc., U.S. Bancorp, JPMorgan Chase and Prudential, have taken advantage of a federal subsidy that will cost taxpayers $10.1 billion -- and most of the public has never heard of it.

“This underscores the need to ensure the program is operating as efficiently as possible at a time when the government is under severe pressure to address the growing federal budget deficit,” says Michael Brostek, GAO’s tax issues director.

The Blackstone adjoins Chicago’s cultural hub, one of the most vibrant in the nation, and is miles from the city’s neediest neighborhoods. Prudential invested $9.3 million and made $30.4 million in loans, according to Chicago records.

Under New Markets rules, firms get a credit of 39 cents on the dollar, paid over seven years, for cash or loans they put in. For its contribution, Prudential collected $15.6 million in credits, according to a July 2008 JPMorgan project oversight report filed with Chicago. FULL STORY

Needless to say, these people are all over the place with what they believe to be true, citing court cases that have nothing to do with what the issue they are trying to apply them to, and expressing anger at all the courts as well as all attorney's for their own lack of due diligence.

The jurors have two main duties. First, they must determine from the evidence what the
facts are. Second, they must take the law stated in the court's instructions, apply it to the facts

The jurors have the POWER to ignore the court's instructions and bring in a not guilty

So the question is, if the Jury has the POWER, the POWER to over rule the judges instructions, the POWER to over rule the legislators, WHY AREN'T THEY USING IT???

1. Because the defendants aren't demanding a trial by jury.

2. Because the parents aren't demanding this be included in their child's civic education.

3. Because we have a dumb down society that doesn't have a clue what their state or federal Constitution or Bill of Rights says and they really don't care either.

Chris: So inflation is really out of the bag. Then why is it that the U.S. seems to be experiencing what they claim to be no inflation. What is going on there?

Jim: Well Chris, if you shop in the U.S., you know that there is inflation – whether it’s taxis or tolls or insurance or education or entertainment or food. I mean, the price of everything is going up. It’s only the U.S. Government that says prices aren’t going up. I guess CNBC says that too, but shop – I impore you. Go and try to buy something. Go see that there is inflation in the U.S. just as there is everywhere else. I mean, Chris, people in American pay the same for cotton or rubber or tin or oil as everybody else in the world. So when they say there is no inflation – I mean, I don’t know how there could be possibly no inflation because prices of nearly everything are going up.

Chris: Well, certainly if we look at a chart of commodities going back from about 2002, there was a little spike in ’08, which sort of rippled there, but otherwise you can draw a line with a ruler from 2002 to now. It’s almost ten years where we’ve been in almost double digit commodity inflation – it’s been a very impressive run there.

So one way to look at this then is the U.S. is exporting this inflation and expecting the rest of the world to shoulder that pain. Either the rest of the world accepts higher inflation, or they have to accept a stronger currency to fight it. Either of which is a form of past and current U.S. monetary and fiscal excesses. As a student of history, are their any parallels to tell us what happens next in this story?

The third sentence of our “Declaration of Independence” declares, “That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.” The first half of that sentence (underlined) declares fundamental purpose of our government as envisioned by our Founders: to “secure” to every man, woman and even unborn child, those God-given, unalienable Rights to “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

The second half of the third sentence (“deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.”) is less remarkable.

In fact, every governmental power, just or otherwise, is ultimately based on the “consent of the governed”. Yes, there'll always be some minority who do not consent to the powers of government, but so long as the majority consent, the minority's complaints will be ignored and the minority may even suffer oppression.

For example, when Nazi's exterminated Jews, that genocide took place with the consent of the majority of the German people. Yes, the German people might argue that they didn't know about the genocide. But, they didn't know because they didn't care to know. Their apathy manifested their tacit consent to the genocide perpetrated by their own government.
In the past, American Negroes suffered oppression by government with the “consent” of both the American majority and the oppressed Negroes, themselves. When the Negroes withdrew their consent during the Civil Rights movement, the oppression was dramatically reduced.

When Stalin executed millions of people in the former Soviet Union, he did so with the tacit consent of most of the Soviet people. As that consent was withdrawn, the Soviet Union evolved from a overt tyranny to a “kinder, gentler” government.

Ultimately, all governmental powers exist only by virtue of the “consent” of the majority of the “governed”. This is true because government understands that it's outnumbered and if the people really get angry, the government can be destroyed.

● Although a tyrannical government may hold all the guns and seemingly hold all the power, there are ways for people to withdraw their consent and thereby destroy tyrannies without violence.

For example, Mohandas Gandhi pioneered resistance to tyranny through mass civil disobedience a strategy based on noncooperation and nonviolence. Gandhi recognized that English oppression of India was ultimately based on the consent of the Indian people. Gandhi simply encouraged the Indian people to withdraw their consent, sit down, and stop working for the oppressive English. Result? England left India.

● Some oppression is driven by religion. For example, the Muslims will kill minorities that embrace alternative faiths. That kind of oppression can't be stopped by mere civil disobedience of a minority.

However, most government oppression is political and, in fact, economic. Ultimately, oppression is not about right and wrong it's about profit and loss. Oppression is ultimately about the oppressor's extortion of the wealth from the oppressed under the color of law.
Normally, oppression, tyranny, and even the seemingly less offensive “big government,” are all about the money and that's the oppressor's Achilles heel. Oppression will persist only so long as it's profitable. Remove the profit and the oppression dies. The profit for oppressors can't be generated without the consent of the oppressed. When the Indian people stopped working, India became unprofitable, so the English left.

Why? Because once a significant number of people refuse to consent to work for the oppressor, the oppressor can't afford to hire enough goons to compel the people to work. Likewise, killing the workers who won't consent is tantamount to destroying the means of production. How can an oppressive government generate more profits by killing the workers? It can't. Once the oppressed withdraw their consent to be oppressed, governmental oppression becomes unprofitable and therefore fails.

Withdrawing consent isn't easy or painless, but any people can slow down or stop working efficiently for the oppressor. As the nation becomes less efficient, less profitable, the tyranny tends to disintegrate.

● Something like that is happening here in the USA. The American people are beginning to withdraw their consent to big, oppressive government.

The most recent and dramatic evidence of this withdrawal of consent was the Tea Party movement that drove a number of incumbents out of office in last year's election.
But there are other, less dramatic, less publicized signs that the American people are withdrawing their consent to “big government” and these withdrawals may ultimately be more effective than even the Tea Party.

Small change?

A friend of mine applied for an “exemption” from paying Texas state sales tax (8.25%). Any Texan can do the same. My friend must now provide a “sales tax exempt” form to every company where he does business. He carries paperwork with him into every restaurant, grocery store and business.

I've been with him when he spent 15 minutes educating a grocery clerk and store manager to get his exemption recognized and approved. Result? He saved 50 cents in sales tax while I watched in frustration.

My friend refuses to “feed the beast” with sales tax. I, on the other hand, am too busy to fight that battle so I “feed the beast” its 8.25% and get on my way.

I don't know how many others have also begun to refuse to pay sales tax. But such people are withdrawing their consent to the oppression of big government. I, like most Texans, still consent to that oppression. So sales taxes and big government persist. For now.
But saving 8.25% on the cost of all goods and services purchased each year is equivalent to gaining one month's extra take home pay. I therefore predict that the number of Texans who withdraw their consent to sales taxes (and government oppression) will increase.

Traffic tickets

● Last March, KVUE-11 TV Austin, Texas, reported that the “Texas Driver Responsibility Act” allowed drivers convicted of certain traffic violations (especially drunk driving) to be subjected to additional fines (surcharges) imposed by the State. These additional fines could cost drivers between of $100 to $2,000 per year for as many as three years. The alleged purpose for these surcharges was to fund highways and trauma centers. Thus, the object of this oppressive legislation was money.

Today, State Rep. Sylvester Turner (who helped write the bill in A.D. 2003) admits that this law “does not work. We made a mistake.”
Why? Because at least 60% of the surcharges were never paid. 60% of those ticketed refused to consent to the additional fines.

Result? At least 1.2 million Texas driver’s licenses have been suspended for not paying/consenting to the surcharges. Most of those drivers are still driving but without a drivers license, and therefore without auto insurance. That's costing the insurance industry at least $400 million per year and dramatically complicating some automobile accident lawsuits.

● The Dallas Morning News (“DMN”) reported in “Texas' steep surcharges for driving violations clog courts, increase DWI dismissals” that this failed legislation had additional adverse consequences: clogged courts.

“A steep surcharge program for drunken driving and other driving violations is clogging state courts and causing the dismissal rate for DWI cases to skyrocket the Texas Driver Responsibility Program has had a "devastating" effect on the Texas court system, and judges across the state are reporting at least two years of pending driving-while-intoxicated cases as more defendants seek trials.”

The entire traffic ticket system relies on the public's consent to pay theirs fines by mail rather than litigate. But Texans are withdrawing their consent to pay by mail and choosing to litigate.

A good traffic cop can probably write at least $1,000 worth of tickets per hour. That's a gross of $40,000 per week per traffic cop for the local municipality. And it's almost all profit.

But if drivers withdraw their consent to pay their fines, they go to court. If they demand a real trial, the municipality can spend $10,000 or more fighting to collect a few hundred dollars in fines.

That's very bad for business. Municipalities can't run an efficient extortion racket if it costs them $10,000 to collect $200. Every court case eats up the profits from 50 tickets. If just 2% of those ticketed withdrew their consent and litigated their tickets, the profits from whole racket can disappear. If 3% contested in court, traffic tickets could cost the municipality more money than they take in.

Given that the oppressor's purpose is profit, once the traffic ticket business starts costing the municipalities money, they won't issue any more tickets. The traffic cops will leave the highways much like England left India.

Nobody has to threaten, shoot or bomb to stop traffic tickets. All that's required is for roughly 3% of those who receive traffic tickets to withdraw their consent to be fined. Without our consent, oppression becomes unprofitable and tends to perish.
Income Taxes

● Ten years ago, I saw a letter from an Assistant Commissioner of the IRS who guesstimated that there were roughly 60 million non-filers in the US. If so, about one-third of American workers, don't bother to file income tax returns.

What can the IRS do about this non-compliance? Not much. The IRS files about 1,000 criminal charges per year and generally two or three charges per defendant. That means the IRS only charges about 300-400 Americans criminally each year. If the IRS rate of criminal prosecution increased to 1000 defendants per year, it would still take 60,000 years to prosecute all current non-filers.

The income tax system can't be enforced. It can't work without the public's consent.

● On January 6th, A.D. 2011, USA Today published “IRS Tax Liens Jump by 60%, But How Effective Are They? IRS liens filed against taxpayers jumped 60% since the start of the national recession.”

Does this 60% increase mean the IRS has become 60% more aggressive or that 60% more Americans are withdrawing their consent to be taxed?

“The IRS filed more than 1 million liens in federal fiscal year 2010, the highest in nearly two decades. Lien filings can badly damage or destroy a taxpayer's creditworthiness. These liens can mean it's harder to get a job, find affordable housing or buy insurance. . . . Since the IRS pays to process the liens and file them with local county clerks, the report said it is "questionable whether liens generate much, if any, direct revenue."

Without the public's consent, the income tax laws simply don't work. If enough people simply stopped paying income taxes, the IRS would cease to exist.

For the moment, large numbers of taxpayers are withdrawing their consent to be taxed, but thanks to withholding the consent of the taxpayer is not as important as the consent of employers. So long as employers deduct taxes from their employees' checks before the employees are paid, the IRS will persist. But if employers ever withdraw their consent to withhold on behalf of the IRS, the entire income tax system will collapse.

GABRIELLE GIFFORDS was not a hard core socialist Democrat. In fact, Mrs. Giffords was a very (here comes that dirty word ) very Conservative Republican turned Democrat. I guess that would explain why Mrs. Giffords could not give a satisfactory answer to someone like Jared Loughner.

But once again, we see Gerald Celente's words ringing true. The Big Broadcasters will not focus on the situation, the law is that we do not have a RIGHT to take another's life except in self-defense.

It just doesn't matter if it's a 9 year old girl, or a judge or even a congresswoman. It doesn't matter what Jared Loughner's politics or lack of politics are. What he did is against the law of the land and God's law. "Thou shalt not kill". It doesn't matter WHO Jared Loughner killed, each life is precious and no man/women has the right to end another's RIGHT to that life. ( But don't tell Bill Maher this, he believes that a woman has the right to end her un-born baby's life, even against the objection of the baby's father or Grandparents.)

To politicize this is a Dis-Honor to those who lost their lives and those who were injured. It's telling the public, "We don't really care about the people hurt, we only care about what agenda we can push because you were hurt. I think that it is disgusting how the media is using this horrible event to promote their views in politics.

When my mother heard about this, she was horrified that this very disturbed young man took so many lives. In my mother's opinion, we should not even wast the taxpayer's money having a trial. She felt that he should just be put to death or life in prison.

We don't do that in this country. We have a Due Process to follow and thank God we do. Even though the evidence against Jared Loughner is beyond a shadow of a doubt that he did in fact shoot and kill 6 people, and injure 19 others, we still need to give him his Due Process of a trial by jury. Can you even imagine the impact on this 22 year old as to what he has done.

Our youth has been so De-Sensitized by video games, movies and TV to death, but not the reality of it or the consequences.

But Celente was right about the Big Broadcasters, and so was Glenn Beck when he said that they wouldn't let a good crises go to waste. Bill Maher and Anderson Cooper prove this to be true.

When you read these quotes that I took from the Winter 2010 Trends Journal, and apply them to what media is portraying over this horrible event in Tucson, it's easy to see that the Big Broadcasters have their script and once again, are ready to point fingers.

Lets take a look at who they are pointing at:

"One veteran Democratic operative, who blames overheated rhetoric for the shooting, said President Barack Obama should carefully but forcefully do what his predecessor did.

“They need to deftly pin this on the tea partiers,” said the Democrat. “Just like the Clinton White House deftly pinned the Oklahoma City bombing on the militia and anti-government people.”

Another Democratic strategist said the similarity is that Tucson and Oklahoma City both “take place in a climate of bitter and virulent rhetoric against the government and Democrats.”

This Democrat said that the time had come to insist that Republicans stand up when, for example, a figure such as Fox News commentator Glenn Beck says something incendiary." POLITICO.com

"Among the many details emerging about alleged Tucson shooter Jared Loughner are his economic views, and it seems he agreed with the End-the-Fed crowd. According to the The New York Times, he told a college classmate that he was against the dollar and wanted to replace it.

In that, Loughner and Ron Paul (R-Texas) are on the same page, not that Paul has any connection to what Loughner did. But as commentators have been pointing out repeatedly since the tragic shootings, the tone of today's political rhetoric seems to appeal to some individuals who may be creeping close to the edge of sanity." "Mr. McGahee, the algebra instructor, said that after he went to school officials to complain about Mr. Loughner, he was told by a counselor that Mr. Loughner had caused problems in other classes and had “extreme political views.”

But one classmate, Steven Cates, said he had tried on occasion to engage Mr. Loughner in political discussions, with no luck. He instead liked to talk about philosophy, or logic or literature, Mr. Cates said. He added that one topic that Mr. Loughner seemed to be obsessed with was the American dollar.

“He had talked about not liking the currency,” Mr. Cates said. “And he wished that the U.S. would change to a different currency because our currency is worthless.”

Some people who study right-wing militia groups and those who align themselves with the so-called Patriot movement said Mr. Loughner’s comments on subjects like the American currency and the Constitution, which he posted online in various video clips, were strikingly similar in language and tone to the voices of the Internet’s more paranoid, extremist corners." "Now, of course, it's time to cue the rhetoric that always arises -- as it did with 2007's Virginia Tech shooting -- about making certain that politicians don't dare infringe on the rights of the gun industry to earn profits. An example is Ron's son, Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.), who is quoted in Monday's Wall Street Journal saying "the weapons don't kill people; it's the individual that kills these people." My guess is that without Loughner's Glock, the six people he shot to death would probably be doing fine right now. In a tragic irony, Giffords is herself a supporter of gun ownership." So let's see we have to blame: Ron Paul, Glenn Beck, Tea Party's, and of course, not enough Gun Control and Milia's. The media has been able to connect none of these parties to Jared Loughner, but they must somehow be to blame.

And let's not forget the references to the bombing of the Alfred P. Murra Federal Building and all the finger pointing that went on then. But what hasn't been mentioned YET was Joseph Stack III, who flew his plane into the Internal Revenue Building in Austin, Texas on February 18, 2010. Another INDIVIDUAL who was just fed up with trying to deal with Federal Employees and their unreasonable demands on him.

Try as they might, the media was not able to connect Joseph Stack III with any of the above mentioned groups because Mr. Stack left behind a document explaining his INDIVIDUAL actions.

This brings to my mind something I have heard Gerald Celente predict over and over again, "When people loose everything, they loose it."

So who should we be pointing fingers at for this HORRIBLE event? Maybe the politicians themselves should take the blame. How about government employees as well? We have far more deaths occurring in this country today by their hand than the SOLE INDIVIDUALS who, for whatever reason, loose it.

The Preamble of the Constitution states, "By the consent of the Governed". If those elected to Represent refuse to listen, than who's to blame when an individual blows up? The sad and horrific thing is that someone would even feel they had no other choice than to kill. When will people understand that two wrongs do not make a right.

The Pro Se Problem

Going to court without a lawyer is more common than you might imagine. There is a definite trend in the U.S. for more people to fight without lawyers.

An American Bar Association study is reported to show nearly 1/2 of all pro se people believe lawyers care more about their own self-interest than their client's rights.

I recently obtained the latest edition of West’s Criminal Code and Rules, the book containing the rules you need to know if you are ever accused of a federal criminal offense. The book is updated every year, and each new edition supersedes the prior edition. It gets worse every year.

The West’s edition now runs to more than 1600 pages, with abridgments and supplements. In addition to the Rules of Criminal Procedure, the book contains selected federal criminal statutes, the Federal Rules of Evidence, the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure, and the Rules of the Supreme Court of the United States. On virtually every page are mechanisms to hurt, humiliate, control and enslave people to the government’s will – all presented within a framework of procedural rules.

Few people are aware that the Federal Rules (not just of criminal procedure but of civil procedure, appellate procedure, bankruptcy procedure and Supreme Court procedure) are riddled with provisions that grant more time to the government to file and respond to pleadings and briefs, greater privileges of appearance, and greater ease of prosecuting and defending litigation than individuals in the private sector. The governing advisory committees that produce these rules of procedure have offered no explanation for these filing requirement disparities. FULL STORY

Forecaster Gerald Celente: Predictions for 2011.

American trends forecaster Gerald Celente of the Trends Research Institute makes predictions for 2011. Celente has appeared on many different TV shows in the U.S.

Celente argues that the economy will become much worse during the year. There will be loss of liberty and crackdown on the people as the war on terror and on crime expands. In the name of terror the government will clamp down on the people. Celente says:"Big Brother will be watching!" "We even have Wal-Marts as a rat for the homeland security division to call them up and let them know if anything is untoward that they should know about and they are talking now about expanding homeland terrorist security in hotels and shopping malls."

The government will hit people with increased costs in every area to help pay for deficits. The people rather than the big financial corporations will bear the pain of paying off the debt.

Celente sees gold prices as moving much higher as more money is pumped into the system by the federal reserve. He sees gold as reaching two thousand an ounce or more.

There will be increased cyber warfare in 2011. It will be a new type of warfare for the 21st century. The trend was obviously already on the march in 2010 with attacks on Iran's nuclear agency, on Wikileaks, and several revenge attacks on companies such as Paypal. All in all Celente's predictions are for trends that are mostly bad for 2011. I include a video discussing his main predictions on RT.

FIJA Applauds Missoula Jurors

Iloilo Marguerite Jones, Executive Director of the Fully Informed Jury Association (FIJA), applauds the actions of the Missoula jurors, but not the government label of “mutiny.” Jury veto, or jury nullification, is the lawful vote of the People to prevent government employees from enforcing bad laws.

FIJA, headquartered in Montana since its founding 20 years ago, conducted an intense educational campaign in Missoula for the past several years, informing potential jurors of their authority as the final veto against bad government laws. Central to this campaign have been the distribution of the FIJA brochures "Who Owns Your Body?" and Jury Protection for Second Amendment

Examples of juror veto include juror refusal to convict violators of the federal Fugitive Slave Act, prohibition-era juror refusal to convict people with whiskey, and jurors today refusing to convict peaceful gun owners, property owners, war protesters, tax protesters, and alternative medical therapy patients.

FIJA educates jurors on their legal function to veto bad government laws, and teaches that individuals can protect human rights when called for jury duty. Jurors have the right to refuse to enforce any corrupt law passed by corrupt politicians. Jurors’ refusal to convict is a legal veto power.

FIJA has carried on educational campaigns across the nation, with special emphasis on Montana, where FIJA was founded 20 years ago. Montana’s independent jurors have long been vocal of their disapproval of unjust, misapplied, and contradictory laws. FIJA activists will continue to educate as many potential jurors as possible.

Stabenow Divorced in May, Newspaper Reports

Sen. Debbie Stabenow, D-Mich., divorced her husband Tom Athans in May, more than two years after he was caught up in a prostitution sting at a hotel in suburban Detroit, the Detroit Free Press reported last week.

News of the divorce only leaked out when a source referred to Athans as Stabenow’s ex-husband in a conversation with a Free Press reporter, the newspaper said. Stabenow spoke on the Senate floor Tuesday wearing what appeared to be her wedding ring on her right hand.

The Free Press tracked down the former couple’s divorce record that was made final at the 56th Circuit Court in Eaton County, Mich., on May 28, the newspaper reported. The papers showed that Stabenow and Athans agreed privately to a property settlement and made no arrangements for alimony payments, the Free Press said.

Athans was questioned by police in Troy, Mich., in February 2008, after he was seen leaving a Residence Inn that was under surveillance for suspected prostitution activities. Athans admitted paying a prostitute $150 for sex; he was not charged but agreed to testify later against a 21-year-old woman from Westland, Mich.

Stabenow, 60, and Athans, a radio producer in his late 40s, were married in 2003.
