The 2004 Libertarian Presidential Candidate, Michael Badnarik teaches his famous class about the Constitution
If you don't know the difference between a right and a privilege, this is a must see! If you think you know the difference, then answer this question: Is the US a democracy? For the answer (surprisingly), watch this.

Third Position
When I am out driving somewhere in unknown territory and I come to a fork in the road, and I take the road to the left and it turns out to be a dead end, and I take the road to the right and it turns out to be a dead end, then unless I give up going anywhere, will I not turn back to the last previous fork or junction and look for any other road than the one I just came down?
To save "capitalism" in the USA, the outgoing Republican Administration has resorted to such a massive degree of Government intervention and control as to resemble more and more closely a "communist" government. And, just before the incoming Democrat Administration comes in, it gives all the appearances of resorting to the same "communist" solution for the "capitalist" problem. But ever since the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, has not Communism been evidently a loser? In which case do not both Administrations resemble the motorist who turns from one dead end to another? ACTION ALERT - STOP FEMA CAMP and GUN CONTROL LEGISLATION NOW!
A rather scary piece of legislation has been introduced in the House of Representatives entitled HR 645. Also known as the National Emergency Centers Establishment Act.
STOP STATE LEVEL AMMUNITION ACCOUNTABILITY ACT! - Remember how Obama said that he wasn't going to take your guns? Well, it seems that his allies in the anti-gun world have no problem with taking your ammo
A bill is being pushed in 18 states that requires all ammunition to be encoded by the manufacture. They will track how much and what calibers you buy. Nobody can sell any ammunition after June 30, 2009 unless the ammunition is coded. Any privately held uncoded ammunition must be destroyed by July 1, 2011. A .05 cent tax will be imposed on every round.

Federal Reserve & IRS FRAUD
This clip comes from Aaron Russo's film, America: Freedom to Fascism. You can watch the film online @ http://video.google.com/videoplay?doc...
Please learn the truth behind the income tax: it was created with the Federal Reserve Act in 1913 - its purpose being to fund the government to pay the interest incurred on government loans from the (private) Federal Reserve. In other words, the income tax is paid to central bankers, and have no gains to you whatsoever.
Learn about how international bankers (such as the Rothschild's and Rockefeller's) have come to dominate the world through the control of financial systems, via their ownership of central banking institutions.

When you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit. Idiot Harry Reid maintains that paying income tax is voluntary in the U.S..

The Amero - North American Currency
How realistic is a North American currency?
Commentary: Uniting U.S., Canada, Mexico money could result from crisis
THE WALL STREET JOURNAL MARKET WATCH
NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Thomas Jefferson once said: "When you reach the end of your rope, tie a knot in it and hang on." As the global financial system pushes on a string, investors are desperately trying to hold tight.
The New World Order is upon us, full of hope, promise and a fair amount of fear. In our recent discussion regarding the direction of our country, we noted the risks of catering to conventional wisdom and the implications for the U.S. dollar. See MarketWatch column on New World Order.
Currency crossroads
As governments take on more risk -- as they price assets on behalf of the market and transfer debt from private to public -- the common denominator, or release valve, becomes the currency.
If our economic condition is allowed to take medicine in the form of debt destruction, the greenback will appreciate, and asset classes as a whole will deflate. If we continue to inject drugs that mask symptoms rather than address the disease, the likelihood of a seismic readjustment increases in kind.
The deflationary forces in the marketplace are pervasive, and the "other side" of our current equation, hyperinflation, may be years away. Given the magnitude, breadth and pace of the global financial epidemic, however, we must explore each side of the twisted ride.
Years ago, the Federal Reserve wrote a "solution paper" regarding the need to combat zero-bound interest rates. The concern was the flight of capital from the U.S. and an option discussed was a two-tiered currency, one for U.S citizens and one for foreigners.
Canadian economist Herbert Grubel first introduced a potential manifestation of this concept in 1999. The North American Currency -- called the "Amero" in select circles -- would effectively comingle the Canadian dollar, U.S. dollar and Mexican peso.
On its face, while difficult to imagine, it makes intuitive sense. The ability to combine Canadian natural resources, American ingenuity and cheap Mexican labor would allow North America to compete better on a global stage.
Experience has taught us, however, that perceived solutions introduced by policy makers and politicians don't always have the desired effect.

Stop the Muskegon Madness!
This is an issue close to home. Muskegon County, Michigan. Our County Commissioners have decided that because some federal grant money is available, they NEED to spend it. I guess that Muskegon County Commissioners don't understand the Financial Crisis that we are in. Maybe they don't understand that this money is borrowed from the Private Federal Reserve Bank and that We The People must pay it back with INTEREST.
Now what are they proposing to spend this money on? A multilevel parking ramp. Not just any parking ramp though. In order to MAKE this parking ramp qualify for the use of this grant money, they will need to tear down the perfectly good, not very old buss depot and incorporate a new depot into the parking ramp.
The cost for this project is a mere $8.6 million. That's a lot of money to build a multilevel parking ramp to replace the three tear parking ramp they just tore down. Did I mention that NO ONE ever used the old one?
Right next to the the proposed new project site is a FREE parking lot that has at any one time maybe 6 or 7 cars parking there.
Then there's the cost of maintaining this parking structure. How does $150,000 a year sound to the taxpayers in Muskegon County. My buddy at the Muskegon Pundit has sounded the alarm on this project and it needs to be stopped.
The only Commissioner with a lick of common sense who opposed this was Bill Gill from District 8.
The rest, Kenneth Mahoney D1, Charles Buzzell D2, John Snider D3, James Derezinski D4, Marvin Engle D5, Lew Collins D6, Charles Nash D7, Louis McMurray D9, Roger Wade D10, and Robert Scolnik D11 should all be ashamed of themselves for voting to waste taxpayer money at a time when the Federal Government, State Government, County Government, and all City and Townships are crying poor.
You can voice your complaints about this issue by contacting your commissioner at (231) 724-6505 or send an email to commissioners@co.muskegon.mi.us.
Get out and tell everyone you know to get involved in letting these guys know that we don't want, need and won't pay for this extravagant waist of taxpayer money.

LETTER: Saul Anuzis would be a fair tax RNC chair
To The Telegram:
We have great news for FairTax followers. The vote for a new chairman of the Republican National Committee (RNC) is coming up.
Saul Anuzis is one of the candidates. Saul is currently the Michigan Republican Party Chair. Saul was the FairTax Association Deputy Director. In his position as Michigan Republican Party Chairman Saul did a lot to further our FairTax cause.
If you want a FairTax friend and advocate to head the Republican Party I recommend you contact your state Republican Party leaders and advocate for the election of Saul Anuzis as RNC Chair.
If you’re a Democrat you know that the FairTax makes sure that the poor pay zero federal taxes because of its monthly rebate. Research shows that 20 percent of the cost of goods and services are hidden corporate taxes. The poor spend most of their income and most likely pay the full 20 percent. Research also shows that employees pay 15.3 percent in payroll taxes. Businesses are unable to pay taxes so they take their share of the payroll tax out of their employee’s wages. Most economists agree on that. The lowest income tax rate is 15 percent. Here’s a little math: 20+15.3+15=50.3 percent. We know that the working poor pay at least 50.5 percent in taxes. That doesn’t include any similar state taxes. FULL STORY.
THESE Fair tax people are being deceptive. They put one proposal on their web site and then tell us that isn't the final proposal. So what's the truth?
The truth is that Saul Anuzis is just another liberal Communist in sheep's clothing.

MasterCard, Visa sound alarm in massive data breach
Well, here we go again. I just don't understand why people will place convenience over security and privacy. This is why I don't use credit cards. This is also why I am dead set against Obama's plan to digitize my medical records and store them in some data bank.
Visa and MasterCard have begun notifying member banks around the nation to contact patrons whose card accounts may have been compromised in the Heartland Payment Systems data breach — which could turn out to be the largest such incident yet reported.
Robert Baldwin, Heartland’s President and CFO, said that Visa and MasterCard are “instructing many card issuers” to offer fraud-monitoring protection, replace cards, or do a combination of both for customers whose card purchases were processed by Heartland. “We’re heartsick over this,” Baldwin said. Jim Rogers sees Renminbi replacing US Dollar as world reserve currency
Ron Paul 2012- Ron Paul on Glenn Beck 1-21-09 "Destruction of the dollar"
INTERNATIONAL. Legendary global investor Jim Rogers said the Renminbi may possibly replace the US dollar as the international reserve currency 15 years from now.
Addressing the Asian Financial Forum in Hong Kong, an event that brought together about a thousand participants from around the globe, Rogers said he found Asia to be the place where "the world is changing" as he toured the world in 1990 through 1992.
"This is going to be the new centre of the world, not just the financial but the political world," he said.
The only currency that could replace the US dollar "this year" would be the euro, while the only conceivable currency that can replace the dollar as the reserve currency "15 years from now" is renminbi.
Rogers said he believed China will rise despite possible setbacks.
The United States also experienced setbacks and had various problems back in the 19th century, which, nevertheless, did not stop it from becoming the greatest success of the 20th century, he said.
The US dollar, on the other hand, is falling, he said, citing the fact that China is now the largest creditor nation while the United States is largest debtor nation.
"The Renminbi is big enough. It's liquid enough," he said, adding that the question was only academic in the sense that the renminbi is still a blocked currency.
He accused US authorities of consciously trying to devalue the US dollar by flooding the market with liquidity
-- or in his words, "turning on the printing presses" -- and said anyone chasing the rally in government bonds is making a "terrible mistake.""The idea that you can fix a period of excess borrowing and excess consumption by more borrowing and more consumption to me is just ludicrous," he said. FULL STORY.
Wait, isn't that what Ron Paul said all through his campaign, and every time Cavoto or Beck has him on their show?

Ice Cream & The Election
Excellent analogy!
From a teacher in the Nashville area:
Who worries about "the cow", when it is all about the "Ice Cream?
The most eye-opening civics lesson I ever had was while teaching third grade this year. The Presidential election was heating up, and some of the children showed an interest.
I decided we would have an election, for a class president.
We would choose our nominees. They would make a campaign speech and the class would vote. To simplify the process, candidates were nominated by other class members. We discussed what kinds of characteristics these students should have.
We got many nominations and from those, Jamie and Olivia were picked to run for the top spot. The class had done a great job in their selections. Both candidates were good kids.
I thought Jamie might have an advantage because he got lots of parental support. I had never met Olivia's parents.
The day arrived when they were to make their speeches. Jamie went first. He had specific ideas about how to make our class a better place. He ended by promising to do his very best.
Everyone applauded. He sat down and Olivia came to the podium.
Her speech was concise. She said, "If you will vote for me, I will give you ice cream." She sat down.
The class went wild. "Yes! Yes! We want ice cream." She
surely could say more. She did not have to.
A discussion followed. How did she plan to pay for the ice cream? She wasn't sure. Would her parents buy it or would the class pay for it? She didn't know. The class
really didn't care. All they were thinking about was ice cream. Jamie was forgotten.
Olivia won by a landslide.
Every time Barack Obama opened his mouth he offered ice cream and fifty-two percent of the people reacted like nine year olds. They want ice cream.
The other forty-eight percent of us know we're going to have to feed
the cow, and clean up the mess.

Take off those Rosy Colored Glasses
Now that the Celebration is over, Obama is now in Command, maybe we can all get focused on what needs to be done.
Is Obama going to save us?
Anyone who thinks that Obama, or anyone else for that matter can just walk into the Oval Office and wave a magic wand to make things better lives in La La Land. Take off those Rosy Colored Glasses and take a look around you.
The only one who can do anything for you is YOU.!!!
And YOU can only help yourself if you know the Problem and the History of the Problem.
We are going into (if not already there) the Greatest Depression the world has ever experienced. Don't think so, then go back and read the article I posted by Larry Bumgarner.
When the first wave of inflation hits, those who refuse to believe it's going to happen will be angry, but won't have a clue what to do about it. The lines at soup kitchens and food banks will just get longer until there isn't anything left to hand out.
These are the people who can't think for themselves and believe that governments have all the answers.
These are the people who won't pick up a book and read about the last Depression and the Revolts that took place back then. But again, these were educated people back during the Great Depression. Not the dumb down society we have today.
The book that everyone should read is TAXPAYERS IN REVOLT, Tax Resistance During The Great Depression by David T. Beito. It can be purchased at Ludwig von Mises Institute. www.Mises.org
Back during the 20's and 30's, people know that control of government started at the local county level and filtered up. They were organized by county all across the nation. If they controlled the spending of the county government, they controlled all taxes.
This book is not about the IRS or Income taxes. It is about Property Taxes, Special Assessments, and the proposals to tax tobacco, gas, and ect. ect..
People were loosing their property due to default on HIGH PROPERTY TAX and SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS.
Want to know how they organized to save property from tax sales? They formed an association or group, when the county held a tax sale they showed up with their guns and chased any potential buyer away. Then they purchased the property back for $1.89 and returned it to the owner.
But then, they didn't have all these gun control laws, police swat teams, and a dumb down public to deal with.
These people knew what their Constitution and Bill of Rights were about and how to enforce them.

Ron Paul on Cavuto again 1/17/09
I’m pretty sure Cavuto holds the Ron Paul media appearance record these days. It’s like Paul is a regular guest on his show. At this point it doesn’t seem to be about ratings but that Cavuto truly enjoys having someone on his show that he agrees with when it comes to the economy.

America has fallen from its lofty perch. It lies in pieces scattered across the country's landscape, the victim of greed. In 2006 I launched the Reenactment of 1776. In my first mailing I said that what was coming was "people will be losing their homes in unprecedented numbers, banks will be going under, unemployment will skyrocket, and that we would go into a depression like this country has never experienced." It was a unique position to take at that time because the economy was humming along and no one in the government or Wall Street even mentioned a scenario like this. Now it is 2009 and everything has come true. A basic knowledge of economics 101 was all that was needed to predict this catastrophe. My new forecast calls for the collapse of the government. Recently, I put out an idea for the people to create a bank with which we could use to fight the tyranny and corruption that got this country where it is today, on the brink of collapse This is no longer feasible because we cannot create the bank quick enough to accomplish this goal. Even if it were possible, the ensuing collapse of the financial system and the government will ruin the people whether they have this bank or not. Here is why there is a high probability that the collapse is going to happen.
1. The government finances its debt by selling treasury bills, notes and bonds. In its simplest terms either people or institutions give their money to the government. In return the government gives an investor a bill, note or bond. These instruments are basically IOU's with varying lengths of maturity. These range from 30 days to 30 years. When these instruments mature the government is responsible to pay off the IOU.
2. Historically, the biggest investors in these financial instruments have been financial institutions and central banks of other governments. These institutions are banks, insurance companies and pension funds. The government is now lending money to banks and insurance companies. Therefore, the government cannot be loaned money from the banks or insurance companies. The pension funds are crippled by their investments and have no money to lend to the government. As this is a world wide depression, foreign countries are in the same situation as our government. They cannot lend our government any money.
3. The government is experiencing a reduction in income because people are not working and are not paying taxes. Instead people are collecting social security, unemployment and welfare, accounting for a negative cash flow for the government. More is going out then is coming in. As the depression worsens so does the negative cash flow. On top of that we're in a war which is consuming more government money. On top of that there will be between $750 billion to $1 trillion of debt created by the initial bail out, maybe more. Obama has proposed to create another $800 billion of debt under the auspices that it is an economic stimulus package. When the corrupt lawmakers get finished with it the number will be probably around $trillion. As is the same for individuals, as long as the debt expense to income is kept at a fiscally responsible percentage then the debt is managed properly and poses no problem. However, when the percentage of debt expense gets too big in relation to income then a point is reached where the debt cannot be paid back. The government's debt is now too large in relation to the gross domestic product. Like what happened to everyone that has defaulted on their mortgages the government has so much debt that it has reached the point of no return.
4. What the government did for years was borrow money and then when the IOU's matured they borrowed more to pay those off. This was basically a Ponzi scheme. In addition to that scheme the corrupt politicians looted social security and other funds that held cash leaving an IOU behind. There is no more money to loot.
5. When these bonds mature the government has to pay them off. If they cannot pay them off then they will default. The United States government has never defaulted on its bonds. If you and I default on our debt then that means we're bankrupt, kaput, out of business. Same with the government. If the government defaults then no one will loan it any more money. These bonds mature every quarter, March, June, September and December. The fall of our government will probably come during one of these months within the next year to year and a half.
6. If the government cannot borrow then they have one alternative. That is to just print the money to pay off the IOU's. It is called monetarizing the debt. They will have to print so much money that the worth of a dollar will be reduced to nothing. Too much money chasing too few goods creates inflation, which will in all likelihood result in a hyperinflation not seen since the pre-World War II days in Germany. In this scenario the dollar will become like the Confederate currency of old or the German mark prior to Hitler. In Germany they had to get a wheel barrow and fill it with money just to go to the store for a loaf of bread. Those that forget the past are doomed to repeat it. A loaf of bread could easily go to $50 or higher. For people on fixed incomes the burden will be insurmountable, because their income will not go up; it is fixed. For people on retirement, social security, unemployment and welfare, clearly one fourth of their income would go for one loaf of bread. The people will not be able to eat or purchase staples that they need.
7. If hyperinflation hits, the worth of the bonds will plummet. Individuals, institutions and investors and foreign governments will either sell every bond they have or risk losing everything invested. The ones who will have to buy those bonds are banks, insurance companies and pension funds. As stated above, they are broke and cannot buy the bonds. The government bond market will fall apart, only this time the government will not be able to bail it out. This will be equivalent to a run on a bank, only this will be a run on our entire financial system.
8. Because local and county governments don't have borrowing power they will be the first to fold. Individual states and then the federal government will follow into default. If the police aren't getting paid they won't be on the streets. Minus law and order, chaos, rioting, looting and other forms of lawlessness will take place. It will get ugly.
9. The only positive thing or silver lining is that those corrupt politicians and lawyers that have stolen all our money from us will find that their money is also worthless.
10. Obama's plan is a political plan, not an economic plan. It will be counterproductive to the economy and actually accelerate the problems.
11. If we were to create the bank then all of our assets would be dollar denominated. Because of that the bank would get wiped out along with all of the investors. The plan was a good one but it was based on the fact that the government would continue as a going concern. The level of debt and the level of corruption have proved to be too much for the system to handle. It will collapse - totally!
12. This forecast is from the same guy with the same economics background that forecast this depression. These forecasts are not doomsday forecasts; they are based on basic economics 101.
13. If you have any doubt about this forecast I will ask you one question. Why are the Secretary of Treasury and the Chairman of the Federal Reserve working with members of the government planning military actions within this country and why are they making plans to enact Martial Law? It's simple, they used economics 101 also. Their conclusion has to be the same as mine.
Everyone who has shown interest in the bank has the same thought at heart. They want to save the country because it has been going in the wrong direction. The hardest part of revolution is taking over the government. With no action on our part the government is going to collapse for us. It will create an opportunity for us. Or it will create our worst nightmare. Luck is when planning meets opportunity. If the people are ready they will be able to seize the moment. If anybody has any ideas on how to make this situation work for us then please contact me with your suggestions. As for me, I'm considering arming myself for the first time in my life.

The NEXT Big Shock
Even if you are not an investor, this information is valuable for your families survival during this Greatest Depression.
by Martin D. Weiss, Ph.D. 01-18-09
With Wall Street reeling from the dangers of new megabank failures … and with Washington lurching toward its worst fiscal crisis of all time, recent warnings of the NEXT big shock are barely being heard.
I’ll tell you what it is in a moment. But first, an urgent notice:
If you had difficulty accessing our one-hour emergency briefing this week, the recording is now available for your immediate viewing. To watch it right now, turn up your computer speakers and click here. (You will need to register)
Our topic: 7 Startling Forecasts for 2009; the devastating impact they could have on your income, your savings and your investments; plus what you can do about it right now.
Our topic: 7 Startling Forecasts for 2009; the devastating impact they could have on your income, your savings and your investments; plus what you can do about it right now.
The urgency: As the economy collapses all around us … and as the new Obama team steps in 48 hours from now … our seven forecasts are already coming true right now — and will have a major impact on every financial decision you make this year.
Plus, here’s our urgent eighth forecast that you must not ignore:
The Next Big Shock:
City and State Deficits Will Torpedo
Your Income and Wealth in 2009
According to the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities (CBPP) …
The number of states facing urgent fiscal difficulties has suddenlty surged to AT LEAST 45.
Just for the coming fiscal year alone, initial estimates from the states add up to $80 billion in deficits. But as the full extent of their troubles are revealed, CBPP projects that their combined deficits will surge to $145 billion.
And here’s the clincher: The states face staggering budget deficits through fiscal 2011 totaling at LEAST $350 billion — the worst in history by far.
Nearly every major state budget in the Union is a ticking fiscal time bomb. And since nearly all have laws forbidding deficits, they are scrambling to cut in every possible way — laying off state workers by the thousands, slashing spending on education, canceling construction projects, or worse.
The political resistance to cuts is huge. And yet, many states, like California, will run out of money even IF they can pass their most ambitious deficit-busting proposals.
Never before since the bankruptcy of the Confederacy after the Civil War have so many states faced the intensity of the financial doomsday now looming in fiscal 2009 and 2010!
City Governments in Even Worse Shape
Cities are typically unencumbered by the legal requirement to balance their budgets. So they are not under the same immediate pressure to resort to massive layoffs as the states.
But that only makes things far worse, encouraging them to borrow … postponing the day of reckoning … and sinking them deeper into the quagmire of unpayable debt and interest.
In New York City, for example, the deficit picture is far worse than Mayor Bloomberg estimated just weeks ago: The New York Independent Budget Office is now pegging it at $11.3 billion. But that didn’t seem to stop the mayor from announcing an ambitious effort to create 400,000 new jobs in his State of the City address yesterday.
This scene, repeated across the nation, could create a whopping $100 billion in new municipal deficits on top of the $350 billion in deficits at the state level.
Grand total: $450 billion in red ink flowing from state and local governments … in addition to the $2 trillion deficit at the federal level … compounding the latest woes of the nation’s megabanks … and all in the midst of a collapsing economy!
The Consequences
Here’s what to expect as the next shock waves hit:
1. Massive job losses — not only for employees of local and state governments, but also for those employed by private contractors, construction companies and thousands of corporations relying on state and local governments to maintain a semblance of economic and social stability in their area;
2. Giant new borrowing by local governments temporarily strapped for cash or trying to plug long-term gaping holes in their budgets;
3. Huge new supplies of municipal bonds hitting the market precisely when some of the biggest buyers of muni bonds — financial institutions like Citigroup, Bank of America and AIG — are being forced to dump munis to bolster their shattered portfolios;
4. New, major municipal bond defaults on the near horizon; and overall …
5. The biggest threats to your income and wealth in your lifetime!
Bottom line: You must do everything you can to protect what you have AND to find an alternate source of profits or income that is truly depression-proof.
For my recommendations on how to do BOTH, see my latest report: “Your Personal Deflation-Proof … Recession-proof … Depression-Proof Money Machine for 2009.”

CONTINENTAL CONGRESS 2009 UPDATE #11
With each passing day, soul after soul across the nation is slowly finding its way to WTP and experiencing the energy and sheer excitement of discovering an innovative, viable solution that might actually restore Constitutional Order to our Republic.
That profound solution is the “Continental Congress 2009”.
Modeled directly upon the efforts of our Founders, CC 2009 promises to bring representatives from each of the fifty states to the birthplace of our nation – Philadelphia, to once again debate the challenges the People face in keeping the Constitution alive and to develop strategies they can implement to thwart those in government that would deny them their Liberty.
One such soul, Katie, found her personal hope this past week at the WTP meeting in Denver. The following is a copy of an entry she penned on an Internet blog a couple days ago:
Katie // January 16, 2009 at 11:12 am
Recently I attended a meeting of the We The People Foundation and I can describe it in two words: LIFE CHANGING.
I urge all of you to look at the schedule on this link. If you are anywhere within 200 miles of one of them, or know someone who is, YOU should go and listen and learn. Don't question it. Just find a way to get there. And bring people with you.
http://www.wethepeoplefoundation.org/UPDATE/misc2008/2009-Pre-CC-Schedule.htm.
I walked in not knowing anyone else or if I should be in this place. I walked out with a glimmer of light at the end of a very long tunnel that we have the ABILITY and the RIGHT and the birth of a PLAN of ACTION to take back our constitutional republic that has been violated so many times.
I believe I learned more about history in those 3 hours than 4 years of high school. Folks it's 1774 all over again. The bad news is things are worse now than they were before the Revolutionary War. The good news is we don't have to create a Constitution or Declaration of Independence. We already have the perfect documents and laws in place. They're just not being followed.
The beauty of this mission is IT ISN'T ABOUT POLITICAL PARTIES! It IS about Americans who love their country, are fed up with well-documented corruption in government, and are forming the plan to defend the Constitution, and dare I say it,m"get the Government back on the side of the People" (wow! where did we hear that?)
I'm personally tired of sitting at my desk, complaining about things, living in fear or depression, and am grateful to the We The People Foundation.org for helping me find an outlet for being proactive. You can, and should, too.
My parents are elderly, but they were very active politically in the early 60's. There are a lot of parallels with these times we're in, but they agree, this is much, much more dire. I just spent two hours on the phone with them, and they heard a different daughter. They are encouraged now. It's not too late, but there isn't much time left, and if the Constitution continues to be violated in the direction we're going, it won't matter. Our lives as we know them are over.
I see the Internet as a huge tool to help us win this. The more we can focus our efforts in one place, with laser-like intensity, the sooner we can clean up this mess.
This group is forming a Continental Congress - three citizen delegates from each state are being sought to go to Philadelphia in March for creating an action plan. (This is exactly what happened in 1774 - worked out pretty good, wouldn't you say?) Bob Schulz spoke for almost 3 hours, giving a background, history and quotes from our Founding Fathers. YOU COULD HAVE HEARD A PIN DROP. To say we're in similar circumstances is an understatement.
Lots of people are sacrificing all they can for this organization’s efforts. They're not about profiting from this disaster. They're about fixing it. You can get educated by going to their website at WeThePeopleCongress.org Click on the article posted on 12/20 "Summit Call" and work your way to more recent postings. Mr. Schulz explained that this would be the most logical way to understand what they're doing.
Yes, they need money. But they also need our time. And effort. Whatever special gifts, talents, or skills we can bring will be needed. Our government officials have become power hungry and it needs to end.
"CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW RESPECTING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF RELIGION, OR PROHIBITING THE FREE EXERCISE THEREOF; OR ABRIDGING THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH, OR OF THE PRESS; OR THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE PEACEABLY TO ASSEMBLE, AND TO PETITION THE GOVERNMENT FOR A REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES." 1791 - First Amendment

Who Owns Muskegon?
I'm reading this article about the SS Milwaukee Clipper which is now being restored as a National Historic Landmark. Shouldn't it be a Muskegon/Milwaukee Landmark?
Click Here Commission likes new plan for Clipper
The story goes on to say that the Non Profit Group who purchased the Clipper is looking for a place along the Muskegon Lake Shore to dock it. They wanted to dock it downtown at the Hartshorn Marina but the State Department of Natural Resources objected because the marina complex was developed LARGELY through government grants. When our city and county accept Government Money through grants, we also get the strings that are attached. They own us. We are no longer in charge but have to submit to BIG BROTHER dictates.
The County Commissioners now want to build a new Parking structure downtown based on Federal Grant money. All they have to do is tear down the perfectly good Transit Bus Station and incorporate it in to the plans for a parking structure that will charge you to park in downtown Muskegon.
I wonder if the County Commissioners are aware of the financial crises this country faces. The Federal Government is BROKE! They are borrowing Trillions from the Private Federal Reserve Bank and using your children and grandchildren as collateral.
We are forced to send our money to the IRS to pay the interest on the debt so so that Congress can borrow more to bribe our city and county elected officials with it. The grant bribe money will not pay the entire bill so the city and county will force us to make up the difference. The reality is that we will finance the entire project without having a say in it.

Muskegon County Board ponders saving from wind, waste
I came across this article this morning in the Muskegon Chronicle. With the economy in shambles I can understand the County Commissioners looking for to conserve energy, however, neither of these are going to be viable solutions in the long run. This is something that every citizen of Muskegon County should study and give their input to their elected Commissioner.

The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners is considering two renewable energy proposals proponents say could boost revenue and trim the county's electricity bills.
On Tuesday, commissioners -- meeting as the board of public works -- gave the green light to proceed with development of the two proposals.
One could eventually give the county the ability to convert numerous gallons of restaurant waste into marketable fuels such as biodiesel. The other could lead to the county erecting three wind turbines at the county wastewater system property, a move that could reduce the $2.5 million the county spends on powering the wastewater systems facilities.
Although both proposals still are in the planning stages, county commissioners praised both concepts.
"I think they show some really great possibilities for the future," said Commissioner Marve Engle. "I think it's important we explore all the possibilities out there." FULL STORY.

I am surprised that there is not more awareness on the part of the County regarding the state of development and commercialization of yellow grease (e.g.,restaurant waste grease)conversion to biodiesel. There have been ads in the Chronicle and other places for "restaurant grease wanted" for a few years. There are even companies that have contracts to pick up waste restaurant grease locally to convert it to biodiesel. Making biodiesel from vegetable oil or waste grease is pretty simple. One can buy home kits to do it. It's pretty old technology in that the soap companies have been doing it for many decades, just not calling it "biodiesel", which was a term coined in the late 1970s.
The County would be better off finding a company who would be interested in picking up the waste grease and stay out of manufacturing. Just eliminating waste grease from the landfill and County waste processing facility, by having someone pick it up for recycling, is good for the County.
I know consultants who have extensively studied the economics of making biodiesel from yellow grease and vegetable oil. The economics fail if the price of vegetable oil, which fluctuates significantly, rises too high and there is not a government subsidy to support the cost of manufacture. And biodiesel plants based on yellow grease have a tougher time if there is not a large source of restaurants in the area of the conversion plant. Yellow grease operations are more likely to be profitable if they are sited near metropolitan areas, e.g., Chicago, Grand Rapids.
The County should not be investing in capital projects such as biodiesel operations and wind generators. In the case of wind generators, they could trade siting for electricity and let someone else invest in the wind generator and marketing of the excess power the County does not buy. Sovereignty and globalisation

The world’s 190-plus states now co-exist with a larger number of powerful non-sovereign and at least partly (and often largely) independent actors, ranging from corporations to non-government organisations (NGOs), from terrorist groups to drug cartels, from regional and global institutions to banks and private equity funds. The sovereign state is influenced by them (for better and for worse) as much as it is able to influence them. The near monopoly of power once enjoyed by sovereign entities is being eroded. Trend Alert®: Israel War to Ignite Terror, Threaten Global Economy and possibly Spark World War III, Trends Institute Warns
CAIRO, 14 January 2009 – Israel’s invasion of Gaza sets up the United States and any other nation supporting Israel as terror targets, predicts Gerald Celente. The Trends Research Institute Director also warns that should Israel continue the invasion, or take the war beyond Gaza, the world risks both a 1973-style oil shock and global conflict.
“Regardless of whose side you take, what you believe in, who did what to whom and when … this is just the latest chapter of ‘Crusades 2000’,” said Celente, who coined the term in 1993 and has written about it extensively. Yet, unlike preceding Crusades confined to the Holy Land, the trend seer says the current violence will spread globally. (See “Crusades 2000,” Trends Journal, Fall 1993; Trends 2000 Warner Books 1997; “Crusades 2000,” Trends Journal, Spring 2006.)
Armed and Dangerous
World news sources report a Middle East up-in-arms and seething at the lopsided Israeli massacre that has left over 1,000 Palestinians dead, thousands wounded, and Gaza in ruins. In comparison, three Israeli civilians and less than a dozen Jewish soldiers have been killed; scant damage has been inflicted on Israel.
The incessant US media and government message focuses on Israel's “right to defend itself” while minimizing or ignoring the long sequence of Israeli provocations leading up to its invasion while also failing to cite the real tally from the preceding mutual hostilities. In the months prior to Israel’s December 27th attack, homemade Hamas projectiles fired into Israel killed no one. (Over the past several years prior to the invasion, 13 Israelis were killed by rocket fire. Between 2005 and 2007 alone, the Israeli Defense Force killed 1,290 Palestinians in Gaza, including 222 children.)
Also largely absent from United States war coverage are the contributing factors Palestinians claim precipitated their primitive Qassam rocket launches into Israel. Chief among them, Israel’s 18-month starvation blockade of 1.5 million impoverished Palestinians squeezed into densely populated Gaza (described by the Vatican as “a big concentration camp”) and Israel’s pre-invasion assassination of six Palestinian officials.
According to the Geneva Conventions, the United Nations, the Red Cross, Human Rights Watch and other government and NGOs, Israel’s response has been both disproportionate and illegal. Among the condemnations, Israel's military has been accused of firing white phosphorus artillery packed shells on civilians. The UN special envoy for human rights accused the Israeli army of “… committing a shocking series of atrocities by using modern weaponry against a defenseless population - attacking a population that has been enduring a severe blockade for many months."
For its part, since the onset of hostilities, the United States had prevented approval of a UN Security Council statement calling for an immediate cease-fire. And when the United Nations Security Council voted for a “durable and fully respected” cease-fire in the Gaza Strip, “leading to the full withdrawal” of Israel’s forces from the Palestinian territory, the US abstained from voting. (The New York Times reported that Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert “placed a phone call to President Bush” and that “Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice had been forced to abstain” from the UN resolution.)
“Major trends are brewing that if not quickly corrected or stanched, will lead to disaster,” Celente forecasts, citing fears among Israel’s neighbors that they could be the next victims.
“Throughout 2008, reports had been circulating that Israel was planning a military strike against Iran’s major nuclear complex at Natanz, and The New York Times all but confirmed it on January 11th,” Celente said. “While President Bush has made scores of disastrous foreign policy decisions during his reign, he should be congratulated for turning down Israel’s request for specialized bunker-busting bombs needed to take out the nuclear facility.”
An attack on Iran by either Israel or the US will spark the onset of World War III, predicts Celente.
“If oil producers sympathetic to the Palestinian cause cut the flow of oil, or if they cut supply in fear of being the next Israeli target, the world will go from a terrible recession into a deep Depression,” Celente said. (OPEC used the oil weapon in the 1973 Arab-Israeli War, embargoing the US and other countries who sided with Israel.)
Beyond escalating economic dangers, Washington has placed itself in terror’s bulls-eye Celente said, pointing to last weeks US Senate and House passage offering "unwavering commitment" for Israel. "Today, we reaffirm that Israel, like any nation, has a right to self-defense when under attack," said House speaker Nancy Pelosi. "The rocket and mortar attacks from Gaza, which were increasing in frequency and range, constituted an unacceptable security threat to which Israel had a responsibility to respond.”
Should Washington continue its "unwavering commitment" to Israel while taking direct measures to destroy Palestinians, Americans should also be aware that those left standing will seek revenge, Celente said. “News reports of US supplied ships bringing munitions to Israel to be used against Palestinians, and Israel’s claims that the UN school they shelled killing some 50 civilians was the fault of a US-supplied weapon malfunction will not be forgotten by those seeking revenge,” said Celente.
Trendpost: Stay abreast of ongoing Middle East developments. Assess them by weighing the facts and gleaning the truth lurking behind the propaganda smokescreen. Should an oil embargo ensue, product scarcities will cause frenzy buying of food and fuel. Gold prices will spike, the dollar will crash and global panic will most likely break out.

Globalists 'salivating' over collapse of U.S.
THE NEW WORLD DISORDER
Warning issued over drive for Constitution Convention
By Bob Unruh
© 2009 WorldNetDaily
Globalists are "salivating" over the possibility of a Constitutional Convention at which issues such as the 2nd Amendment could handily be dismissed, according to a leader who warns Virginia likely is the next target for the drive.
"There is no question in my mind that, should a new Constitutional Convention be called, it would be the end of the United States of America as we know it, and our current Constitution and Bill of Rights would be forever altered beyond recognition," Constitution Party presidential candidate Chuck Baldwin wrote in his latest commentary.
"The globalists who currently control Washington, D.C., and Wall Street are, no doubt, salivating over the opportunity to officially dismantle America's independence and national sovereignty, and establish a globalist North American Union – in much the same way that globalists created the European Union. A new Constitutional Convention is exactly the tool they need to cement their sinister scheme into law." FULL STORY.

What Your Supermarket Won't Tell You

1. “Feel the squeeze? Actually, so do we.”
Citi Investment Research analyst Deborah Weinswig forecasts falling same-store sales growth at many of the major chains in 2009; for one, she sees top performer Kroger experiencing a decline in same-store sales growth, from about 5 percent in 2008 to 4 percent in the coming year. Meanwhile, supermarket chain Supervalu forecasts its own flat sales growth through 2009.
Even the big-box stores—now established contenders in the grocery industry—are facing tough headwinds in the wake of the market meltdown. Weinswig says she expects dips in same-store sales growth for BJ’s Wholesale Club, from 11 percent in 2008 to under 7 percent in 2009, and a drop from 8 to 6 percent growth over the same period for Costco. Bottom line, “it’s tough to pass through higher costs when consumers have such a laser-like focus on price,” says Mitchell Corwin, a senior equity analyst for Morningstar.
2. “You’re getting less for the same price.”
When Linda Edwards, a nurse in East Windsor, N.J., picked up her usual $4.99 jug of orange juice at Shop Rite this summer, she was surprised to discover that it contained 7 ounces less than it normally did. A few months later she noticed her Skippy peanut butter and chicken strips were also lighter but not any cheaper. “Everything seems to be shrinking, but my family hasn’t shrunk,” says the single mother of five boys.
3. “We jack up prices where you’re least likely to notice.”
So how do markets deal with rising food costs? They tinker with the price of the roughly 45,000 items people don’t buy regularly enough to have a fixed idea of their cost—tacking on 3 to 4 percent to specialty products like, say, gourmet pasta sauce or fresh-squeezed juices, without consumers noticing. “There’s an opportunity to make some margin back on those items,” says Jim Hertel, managing partner of Willard Bishop, a consultant for the industry.
But don’t expect the savings to be passed on to you when costs come down. Many manufacturers lock in prices well in advance, and they often hold off on bringing prices back down to make up for the resulting losses, says Howard.
10. “We’re experts in human behavior.”
Marketers know a lot about how you shop and what’s likely to make you pick up a product. For example, stores have discovered that shoppers are more comfortable staying to the right as they move through a store, says Ron Larson, associate professor of marketing at Western Michigan University. How much difference does it make? According to market-research firm Sorensen Associates, shoppers moving counterclockwise spend $2 more per trip than those who go the opposite direction.

We usually think of the New World Order as something coming in the future. In fact, a veiled Masonic Jewish banker dictatorship has existed for some time.
This is the first world conquest by infiltration and subversion. They took over the levers of power while maintaining the appearance of democracy and freedom. They did this by duping Jews and Masons, and the population in general with liberalism, socialism, zionism and communism.
(Protocol 1-25:"Far back in ancient times we were the first to cry among the masses of the people the words " Liberty , Equality, Fraternity," words many times repeated since these days by stupid poll- parrots who, from all sides around, flew down upon these baits and with them carried away the well-being of the world...")
The Illuminati formalizes its tyranny by, for example, using the phony "war on terror" as an pretext to suspend civil liberties and build a police state. Notice, no one has asked Barack Obama to withdraw the "Patriot Act."
DE FACTO TYRANNY
Recently, I was reminded of this de facto tyranny when I read that the major institutions of the post-war world were created by "Soviet spies," i.e. men working directly for the Illuminati (Masonic) Jewish bankers. The most prominent was Harry Dexter White, a founder (and Director) of the IMF, as well as the World Bank.
As Assistant to the Secretary of the Treasury, Henry Morgenthau, also a Soviet agent, White (originally "Weit") also delivered the printing plates for US occupation currency in Germany to the Soviets, costing the US $50 billion. FDR's administration was rife with Soviet spies, mostly Jews, protected by FDR himself. This included spies in the Manhattan Project who delivered the plans for the atomic bomb to Russia .
There was nothing "Russian" about the USSR . It was an Illuminati (Masonic) Jewish state. So were/are England , the United States and most of Europe .
If White helped found the IMF and World Bank, Alger Hiss, a Colonel in the Soviet GPU, helped design the United Nations and served as its first acting Secretary General. A revival of the League of Nations , the UN is the main mechanism of Masonic Jewish world government.
I say "Masonic Jewish" because most Jews aren't Masons and most Masons aren't Jews. But Freemasonry is a secret society based on Judaism. The essence of a secret society is that the membership is manipulated to fulfill a hidden agenda, in this case world domination.
White and Hiss could have been dupes, believing in "changing the world." But think about it folks. The architects of the IMF, World Bank and United Nations were both "Soviet" agents, traitors, proof that the covert Illuminati takeover was complete in the 1930's or earlier.
(My source for White and Hiss' spying is the CIA Interrogation of Gestapo Chief Heinrich Muller, who intercepted Soviet cables from Washington to Moscow . "Gestapo Chief," Vol III by Gregory Douglas pp. 162-173. This was later confirmed by the testimony of Elizabeth Bentley and the release of the VENONA material by US Army Signal Intelligence.) I Want My Bailout Money
BEYOND ALL REASON
MICHAEL ADAMS
I wrote this song to help spread the message about the unprecedented theft of money from the American people that has been masterminded by the white-collar criminals running our country today. U.S. Treasury officials and Federal Reserve officials have conspired to steal trillions of dollars from everyday Americans by creating insane quantities of new money and handing it over to their rich, incompetent banker friends. It is one of the greatest financial cons ever perpetrated in human history, and yet few people seem to understand what's actually going on.
This song intends to send a warning message to a new generation of Americans who typically might not read news websites but enjoy entertaining music. The message it delivers is very clear: If we hope to have a financial future in America (or even a future for America as a nation), the People must find a way to take back their money supply from the crooks in Washington and get back to an honest money system that cannot be manipulated by white-collar criminals running the Fed and the Treasury. Flatly stated, if we don't stop the mad debt spending, end the financial rewarding of incompetent bankers, solve our health care crisis, balance the federal budget deficit and kick the crooks out of Washington, we may soon see an era of runaway hyperinflation and possibly even the financial demise of America as we know it. Peter Schiff predicts Imminent Doom - Fear And Loathing In America
Last Nail in the Coffin
by Martin D. Weiss, Ph.D. 01-12-09
The government has just released one of the most shocking federal budget reports of all time.
Even if you overlook the gaping holes in their economic assumptions, it’s obvious the federal deficit is going to deliver a punch below the belt of the economy.
And once you unveil the shaky assumptions, it’s equally obvious the deficit could be the last nail in its coffin.
First, Look at the Government’s
Own Shocking Numbers!
The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimates that …
The 2009 federal deficit will be $1.186 trillion! Even after adjusting for inflation, that’s more than the combined cost of the Vietnam War ($698 billion) and the Korean War ($454 billion) … 4.6 times more than the entire S&L bailout of the 1980s … and 5.5 times larger than the Louisiana Purchase:
In sheer dollars, the 2009 federal deficit will shatter every record deficit of every nation in history. FULL STORY.

By the time my four-year-old son is swathed in the soft flesh of old age, he will likely find it unremarkable that he and almost everyone he knows will be permanently implanted with a microchip. Automatically tracking his location in real time, it will connect him with databases monitoring and recording his smallest behavioural traits.
Most people anticipate such a prospect with a sense of horrified disbelief, dismissing it as a science-fiction fantasy. The technology, however, already exists. For years humane societies have implanted all the pets that leave their premises with a small identifying microchip. As well, millions of consumer goods are now traced with tiny radio frequency identification chips that allow satellites to reveal their exact location.
Employers will start to expect implants as a condition of getting a job. The U.S. military will lead the way, requiring chips for all soldiers as a means to enhance battlefield command and control — and to identify human remains. From cooks to commandos, every one of the more than one million U.S. military personnel will see microchips replace their dog tags.
Following quickly behind will be the massive security sector. Security guards, police officers, and correctional workers will all be expected to have a chip. Individuals with sensitive jobs will find themselves in the same position.

WND columnist Janet Porter told WND she found that out when her organization, Faith2Action.org, tried to purchase airtime to publicize information about the eligibility concerns.
She told WND that national networks that refused to sell her time for a 60-second commercial included CNBC, MSNBC, Headline News, CNN and Fox. Washington, D.C., outlets for the same organizations did the same.
"With the date for congressional approval (of the Electoral College today), we wanted them to have access to the facts," she told WND. "Congress is sworn to uphold the Constitution."
She said the donors who contributed the funding that was to be used for the ads were being contacted to find out whether they wanted to reach another direction in the media.

Michigan Tax News
As road needs sputter on empty, Granholm runs low on gumption
Gov. Jennifer Granholm has all but ruled out a gas tax increase this year, as she has before. Her refusal to make hard and sometimes unpopular calls, even in her final term, could cement her legacy as a governor who watched Michigan's transportation systems dangerously deteriorate.
Dismissing a gas-tax increase before the new legislative session starts is both poor policy and lousy politics. Instead, her representatives should be meeting with legislative leaders of both parties -- twisting arms if necessary -- to work out a plan that the state House and Senate could approve. A spokesperson for the governor said Granholm has supported pegging gas taxes to wholesale costs instead of gallons at the pump -- a move that eventually could increase transportation revenue.
But hundreds of road projects and $2 billion in federal aid are in jeopardy. The governor must assert herself now. FULL STORY.

Agency: Michigan jobless rate to rise, revenue to fall
Michigan’s unemployment rate will rise above 11% this year and next, and state finances will continue to be squeezed by the worst economic conditions since 1980, according to a new House Fiscal Agency analysis issued today.
State revenues this year will be $870 million less than predicted last May, according to the report. The jobless rate will hit 11.3% this year and peak at 11.7% in early 2010 before it begins to drop slightly.
Michigan’s unemployment rate rose to nearly 10% in November.
For now, the state budget won’t suffer much. The $870-million shortfall in revenue will be offset by some $700 million left over from last year, as well as $134 million in cuts ordered by Gov. Jennifer Granholm last month. FULL STORY.
