Some came with flags that read, “Don’t Tread on Me.” Others carried copies of the First Amendment and the Citizens Rule Book.
Altogether, about 20 people showed up Tuesday to protest the scheduled demolition of a patio roof in Waterford Township — but no contractor came to do take it down. Township officials said they decided to wait.
“All the elements were not in place and we didn’t feel it was proper to go ahead at this time,” said Waterford Township Supervisor Carl Solden. FULL STORY AND VIDEO
