Press Release: DECORATED ARMY PHYSICIAN REFUSES ALL MILITARY ORDERS

BECAUSE PRESIDENT REFUSES TO DOCUMENT HIS CONSTITUTIONAL ELIGIBILITY

Court Martial Likely, Legal Defense Fund Established

Washington, D.C., March 30, 2010.
“I am today compelled to make the distasteful choice to invite my own court martial, in pursuit of the truth about the president’s eligibility under the constitution to hold office”, said active duty Army Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin. The American Patriot Foundation, a non-profit group incorporated in 2003 to foster appreciation and respect for the U.S. Constitution, immediately announced it has set up a legal defense fund and will provide Lt. Col. Lakin with a top-flight defense team. Details are available on the foundation’s website, www.safeguardourconstitution.com.

Article II, sec. 1 of the U. S. Constitution explicitly provides that only “natural born” citizens can serve as president and commander-in-chief. Mr. Obama’s continuing refusal to release his original 1961 birth certificate has brought Lt. Col. Lakin to the point where he feels his orders are unlawful, and thus MUST be disobeyed. FULL STORY

Obama To Take Over Control of College Textbooks?

By Warner Todd Huston
Candace de Russy over at National Review posted an alarming example of Obama power grab. Or perhaps more precisely it’s yet another alarming example of an Obama power grab. This time Obama apparently is setting the table to take control of what is printed in our nation’s college textbooks.
This one slipped past my radar in August of 2009, but apparently Barack Obama signed the Federal Textbook Act (Download .pdf file) that made provisions for the federal government to take control of the pricing and availability of the text books in our institutions of higher learning (at least the ones that take federal funding).
According to the language of the act, it is all about keeping textbooks affordable for students. FULL STORY

“Policing for Profit” Report Documents the Nationwide Abuse of Civil Forfeiture

Each State & Feds Graded on Forfeiture Laws & Practice; Only Three States Earn Grades of B or Better

WEB RELEASE: March 30, 2010

Police and prosecutors’ offices seize private property—often without ever charging the owners with a crime, much less convicting them of one—then keep or sell what they’ve taken and use the profits to fund their budgets.  And considering law enforcement officials in most states don’t report the value of what they collect or how that bounty is spent, the issue raises serious questions about both government transparency and accountability.

Under state and federal civil asset forfeiture laws, law enforcement agencies can seize and keep property suspected of involvement in criminal activity.  Unlike
criminalasset forfeiture, however, with civilforfeiture, a property owner need not be found guilty of a crime—or even charged—to permanently lose her cash, car, home or other property.

According to the Institute for Justice—whose fight against eminent domain abuse raised that issue to national prominence—civil asset forfeiture is one of the worst abuses of property rights in our nation today.  The Institute for Justice today released a first-of-its-kind national study on civil forfeiture abuse.  The report—
Policing for Profit:

The Abuse of Civil Asset Forfeiture (http://www.ij.org/PolicingForProfitPDF)—is the most comprehensive national study to examine the use and abuse of civil asset forfeiture and the first study to grade the civil forfeiture laws of all 50 states and the federal government.  The report finds, not surprisingly, that by giving law enforcement a direct financial incentive in pursuing forfeitures and stacking the legal deck against property owners, most state and federal laws encourage policing for profit rather than seeking the neutral administration of justice.  (For additional resources on this report, visit: http://www.ij.org/PolicingForProfit.  For a brief video on this topic, visit: www.ij.org/Forfeiture.)

Virginias Tax Me More Fund is a big flop

By: BARBARA HOLLINGSWORTH
Local Opinion Editor

When Virginia Delegate Kirkland Cox, R-Colonial Heights, set up the “Tax Me More Fund” in 2002, he did it to make a point: Those complaining the most loudly about spending “cuts” in Richmond could put their own money where their mouth was and make a voluntary contribution to the state.

Last year - to supplement a $74 billion 2008-10 biennial state budget – they did just that. Total collected: $1,500, according to the Virginia Department of Taxation.
That’s better than pre-recession 2006, when just $19.36 was donated, In fact, since 2002, the fund has collected a grand total of just $12,887.04, which doesn’t even pay the salary of one part-time state employee.

I guess that means Virginians think they’re already taxed quite enough. Washington Examiner

Homeland Security, FBI Raid Militias in Multiple States

Seven arrested in FBI raids linked to Christian militia group
Jennifer Chambers / The Detroit News

Mike Lackomar, of Michiganmilitia.com, said both The Southeast Michigan Volunteer Militia and the Michiganmilitia.com were not a part of the raid.

Lackomar said he heard from other militia members that the FBI targeted the Hutaree after its members made threats of violence against Islamic organizations.

"Last night and into today the FBI conducted a raid against homes belonging to the Hutaree. They are a religious cult. They are not part of our militia community," he said.

Lackomar said he was told there were five arrests Saturday and another five early Sunday. The FBI declined to comment.

One of the Hutaree members called a Michigan militia leader for assistance Saturday after federal agents had already began their raid, Lackomar said, but the militia member -- who is of Islamic decent and had heard about the threats -- declined to offer help. That Michigan militia leader is now working with federal officials to provide information on the Hutaree member for the investigation, Lackomar said Sunday. FULL STORY

Barack Obama has awakened a sleeping nation

By Gary Hubbell: The Redneck tree hugger

Barack Obama is the best thing that has happened to America in the last 100 years. Truly, he is the savior of America's future. He is the best thing ever.

Average Americans who have quietly gone about their lives, earning a paycheck, contributing to their favorite charities, going to high school football games on Friday night, spending their weekends at the beach or on hunting trips — they've gotten off the fence. They've woken up. There is a level of political activism in this country that we haven't seen since the American Revolution, and Barack Obama has been the catalyst that has sparked a restructuring of the American political and social consciousness.

Think of the crap we've slowly learned to tolerate over the past 50 years as liberalism sought to re-structure the America that was the symbol of freedom and liberty to all the people of the world. Immigration laws were ignored on the basis of compassion. Welfare policies encouraged irresponsibility, the fracturing of families, and a cycle of generations of dependency. Debt was regarded as a tonic to lubricate the economy. Our children left school having been taught that they are exceptional and special, while great numbers of them cannot perform basic functions of mathematics and literacy. Legislators decided that people could not be trusted to defend their own homes, and stripped citizens of their rights to own firearms. Productive members of society have been penalized with a heavy burden of taxes in order to support legions of do-nothings who loll around, reveling in their addictions, obesity, indolence, ignorance and “disabilities.” Criminals have been arrested and re-arrested, coddled and set free to pillage the citizenry yet again. Lawyers routinely extort fortunes from doctors, contractors and business people with dubious torts.

We slowly learned to tolerate these outrages, shaking our heads in disbelief, and we went on with our lives.

But Barack Obama has ripped the lid off a seething cauldron of dissatisfaction and unrest. FULL STORY

Alito: Court Wrong to Deny ‘Ave Maria’ Case

March 22, 2010 - 10:19 AM | by: Lee Ross

The beautiful strains of "Ave Maria" will not echo through the marbled walls of the Supreme Court, nor will arguments, over Justice Samuel Alito's objections, in a case about the playing of the standard at a high school graduation.

On Monday the high court announced it will not hear the appeal of Kathryn Nurre who with other classmates was prohibited from performing an instrumental version of the popular tune at their graduation ceremony from an Everett, Washington high school. FULL STORY

The Growing Gap between Govt and Private Sector Benefits

The other day I posted an article titled "Shame On Everyone For Obamacare" which raised some comments from members of the Teamsters Union. They were upset by the fact that I pointed out that it's the unions who lobbied for Congress to mandate that employers offer healthcare. This gave the insurance co's the monopoly they wanted and was suppose to keep the cost down, remember? DID IT?

Then the unions started demanding more coverage at the employers expense, keep in mind, the employee only paid about 10% of the cost of the policy and the employer paid the rest. Then the unions went after healthcare as part of their retirement package. This was all well and good for a while, but over time, it became unsustainable for the companies to pay retirees while paying for those still working. NAFTA came to the rescue and we started loosing jobs as our manufacturing moved overseas.

The Teamsters at Ford learned a lesson. They either reduced the burden or lost their jobs. That's why Ford didn't need to be bailed out like GM.

But what about our state and local employee unions? Are we going to see some sort of Free Trade Agreement that sends our State and Local Governments overseas? Not likely, instead, we will all just go bankrupt because these Unions know they can force us to pay more TAXES to support them.

I found this site this morning with all these charts comparing the Government sector to the Private sector.

Mandel on Innovation and Growth
The Growing Gap between Govt and Private Sector Benefits

When I was out in Kansas City at the Kauffman Foundation’s Economic Bloggers Forum, Mish Shedlock of the blog Global Economic Trend Analysis made a persuasive case that state and local finances were completely broken because gov’t workers were overpaid compared to the private sector. ( See here for one of his posts on the subject).

Mish got me thinking…So I decided to assemble some BLS data on the subject.

Not to mince words, here’s the payoff chart, that compares the benefits of state and local workers with private sector workers. (These figures are adjusted for inflation, and indexed to 2001I=100). FULL STORY

World Mourns As Communist Darkness Falls Upon America By The European Union Times

In what is being described as one of the most astounding power grabs in modern history by newspaper headlines around the World, President Obama has succeeded in his audacious plan to remake America into a full fledged godless communist empire barely one year into his term with the enactment into law by the US Congress of his mammoth health care plan innocuously named H.R. 3200-Americas Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009 and described by one Kremlin legal expert as having “nothing at all to do with health, but everything to do with control.” FULL STORY.

Shame on Everyone for Obamacare

Here are some words of wisdom for everyone to take heed to. Many have emailed me asking, "What do we do now?" I suggest you watch this video and listen carefully. And those of you who think that this health care take over is a good thing, you need to stop looking at your own selfish want's and start thinking about how this country is going to pay for it. (Continued below)

The one thing I have come to be made aware of is how Union Employees refuse to admit they are the fault of this. In the 1970's, unions started demanding more and more benefits from their employers. Those of us who were just starting our families them still remember what it was like to be able to go to the doctor and receive quality time and care. The cost of a doctor visit back then was $40 and we paid for it out of our own pocket. We not only had better care, we have better limited coverage. That's because we were willing to pay for prescriptions and office visits.

Then in the 80's, came HMO's and managed health care because Union employees didn't think they should have to pay for office visits or prescription drugs, and dental coverage on top of it all. Oh yes, lets not forget that the union employee only want's to pay for about 10% of the policy leaving the company responsible for the other 90% of the cost of their great insurance. Want to know why the cost of insurance keeps going up and quality keeps going down?

Ask the Unions!

Want to know why all the good paying jobs have gone overseas?

Ask the Unions!

Companies could either go bankrupt here because of the cost of retirement benefits on top of current wages and benefits or go overseas and cut the cost of labor.

Want to know who the biggest lobby in the country today is?

Ask the Unions!

All you have to do is talk to a union employee today and they will tell you that all those poor people who can't afford health care coverage need this health care passed. But they can't explain how that same poor person is going to be able to pay for a forced policy under Obamacare. What, is Obamacare going to magically increase their wages while it forces them to buy insurance?

It's so sad to watch this country go bankrupt because these people, who belong to unions, want everything handed to them on a silver spoon, yet have not one bit of conscience of the consequences.

Real U. S. Dollar

Federal Reserve Note

Fed Loses Secrecy Suit, Considering Options

It was in the fall of 1994 that I first learned that the Federal Reserve Bank was not a part of our Federal Government, but in fact, a private bank corporation. But when I would try and share that knowledge, well, no one wanted to believe it.

Today, it's become common knowledge for anyone who watches the national news. Funny isn't it. If the common person on the street says it, or presents documentation about it, it just can't be true. But if the media reports it, then it's believable. The problem is, the media should have been reporting this years ago and didn't.

Well, for all those hard core non-believers out there, the Federal Reserve Corporation has just admitted it on public court record.

WRITTEN BY ALEX NEWMAN
SUNDAY, 21 MARCH 2010

In a supplementary brief filed by the Fed Board of Governors, the cartel also argued that since the New York Federal Reserve Board was basically a private institution, it was not obligated to comply with FOIA requests. “The FRBNY is not an establishment of the executive branch because it is a corporation whose stock is privately held,” explained the brief, also noting that it “is overseen by a board of directors the majority of whom are privately appointed” and that “none of the stock of the FRBNY is government-owned.”

So, now you must ask yourself why would the congress back in 1913 give this Corporation the power to print Federal Reserve Notes and make them our national currency? Who are the INVESTORS who own the Federal Reserve Bank Corporation?

The Private Federal Reserve Bank Corporation now has the privilege of printing Reserve Notes which Congress Borrows and we pay INTEREST on.

In 1984, President Reagan received the Grace Commission Report. This was a report that the President ordered but when he read the results, never released it. Wonder why? Maybe it's time you read the 16 page overview that Mr. Grace gave President Reagan.

Page 12 - Grace Report

Resistance to additional income taxes would be even more widespread if people were aware that:

◆One-third of all their taxes is consumed by waste and inefficiency in the Federal Government as we identified in our survey.
◆Another one-third of all their taxes escapes collection from others as the underground economy blossoms in direct proportion to tax increases and places even more pressure on law abiding taxpayers, promoting still more underground economy -- a vicious circle that must be broken.
◆With two-thirds of everyone's personal income taxes wasted or not collected, 100 percent of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the Federal debt and by Federal Government contributions to transfer payments. In other words, all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickkel is spent on the services which taxpayers expect from their Government.
Now, who and what is the IRS? Who does the IRS work for?

The IRS is the collection agency for the Private Federal Reserve Bank Corporation collecting your money to pay for the debt that the United States Congress creates in your name.

Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

Mr. Ruml read this paper before the American Bar Association during the last year of the war [World War II]. It attracted then less attention than it deserved and is even more timely now, with the tax structure undergoing change for peacetime. His thesis is that given (1) control of a central banking system and (2) an inconvertible currency, a sovereign national government is finally free of money worries and need no longer levy taxes for the purpose of providing itself with revenue. All taxation, therefore, should be regarded from the point of view of social and economic consequences. The paragraph that embodies this idea will be found italicized in the text. Mr. Ruml does not say precisely how in that case the government would pay its own bills. One may assume that it would either shave its expenses out of the proceeds of taxes levied for social and economic ends or print the money it needs. The point may be academic. The latter end of his paper is devoted to an argument against taxing corporation profits. --- Editor. FULL ARTICLE

Billions to restore Great Lakes is Michigan pork

March 20, 2010, 2:47AM
By Russ Harding | Special to The Press

President Barack Obama has included $2.2 billion in his proposed budget to be spent on Great Lakes restoration. As with most federal budget earmarks (better known as pork), this large expenditure of tax dollars misses the mark.

The greatest environmental threat facing the Great Lakes is invasion of exotic species like the Asian carp, but only 15 percent of the restoration money would be spent to control exotic species and most of that would be wasted on programs like “developing markets for Asian carp.” We do not need a market for Asian carp; we need to stop them from invading the Great Lakes. This large expenditure of federal funds will not get the job done.

If the feds were serious about fighting threats to the Great Lakes, instead of spending billions of dollars they would take immediate steps to systematically identify all the pathways that exotic species use to gain access to the Great Lakes and then take the necessary steps to block their entry. Unfortunately, rather than making the tough decisions that would actually solve the problem, it is easier for politicians to simply throw more money at it to create the appearance they are doing something worthwhile. Pavilion Township grower Mark Elzinga objects to tax bill increase at his solar-powered greenhouses

By Pat Temple
Special to the Gazette

PAVILION TOWNSHIP — The owner of a Kalamazoo County greenhouse who thought he was in step with Michigan’s alternative energy push with his $4 million investment instead feels burned by the tax man.

Solar panels help provide power to the Elzinga and Hoeksema Greenhouse at 5268 East O Ave. in Pavilion Township.
Mark Elzinga, president of Elzinga & Hoeksema Greenhouses, got hit with a hike of nearly $8,000 in his winter property tax bill because of the way the solar panels and other energy efficiencies he installed at his Pavilion Township greenhouses are classified.

Elzinga in 2007 installed 200 solar panels to heat water that is piped through 23 miles of under-floor tubing and is used to heat his greenhouses. The heating system and two wind turbines he installed were designed to cover 80 percent of his energy needs.

Elzinga thought that investment had him in lockstep with the state’s desire for more efficient and eco-friendly energy, noting that in her February State of the State address Gov. Jennifer Granholm said Michigan had already made renewable energy a key focus of its economic development strategy. FULL STORY

County Spends $600 Mil On Welfare For Illegal Immigrants

Last Updated: Thu, 03/11/2010 - 3:14pm

For the second consecutive year taxpayers in a single U.S. county will dish out more than half a billion dollars just to cover the welfare and food-stamp costs of illegal immigrants.

Los Angeles County, the nation’s most populous, may be in the midst of a dire financial crisis but somehow there are plenty of funds for illegal aliens. In January alone, anchor babies born to the county’s illegal immigrants collected more than $50 million in welfare benefits. At that rate the cash-strapped county will pay around $600 million this year to provide illegal aliens’ offspring with food stamps and other welfare perks.

The exorbitant figure, revealed this week by a county supervisor, doesn’t even include the enormous cost of educating, medically treating or incarcerating illegal aliens in the sprawling county of about 10 million residents. Los Angeles County annually spends more than $1 billion for those combined services, including $500 million for healthcare and $350 million for public safety.

About a quarter of the county’s welfare and food stamp issuances go to parents who reside in the United States illegally and collect benefits for their anchor babies, according to the figures from the county’s Department of Social Services. In 2009 the tab ran $570 million and this year’s figure is expected to increase by several million dollars. FULL STORY

Obama, Clinton Money Man Guilty Of Major Fraud Scheme

Last Updated: Fri, 03/19/2010 - 3:00pm

The shady Iranian fundraiser who for years donated lucrative sums to top Democrats—including the president, vice president and secretary of state—has pleaded guilty to a major bank-fraud scheme that could land him in jail for nearly two decades.

Disgraced Democratic money man Hassan Nemazee admitted this week that he defrauded three financial institutions out of nearly $300 million in loan proceeds by falsifying documents and signatures to show he had hundreds of millions of dollars worth of collateral. The Ivy League-educated crook then used the proceeds to donate big bucks to the campaigns of federal, state and local candidates.

Among them are some of the nation’s best known and most powerful Democrats, including Secretary of State and former New York Senator Hillary Clinton, President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden. Nemazee was actually the national finance chairman of Clinton’s failed 2008 presidential campaign as well as John Kerry’s in 2004.

The corrupt “investment banker” went on to raise more than half a million dollars for Obama after Clinton’s primary defeat and donated the maximum ($50,000) allowed to the new president’s inauguration committee. Less than a year ago Nemazee hosted a $28,500-a-head fundraiser for Obama in his luxurious Upper East Side New York penthouse. FULL STORY

Tax Scam Uncle Sam? You Oughta Be Fired! Says Utah Rep. Chaffetz
Chaffetz Wants to 'Ferret Out' Federal Workers With Unpaid Taxes

By DEVIN DWYER
WASHINGTON, March 18, 2010

Working for Uncle Sam comes with some great perks, like job stability, posh benefits packages, and in many cases, average salaries that are higher than what the same job pays in the private sector.

That's why Republican Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, is irked that nearly 100,000 civilian federal employees owe the IRS $962 million in back taxes. He thinks they should pay up or be fired.

Chaffetz has introduced a bill that calls for the federal government to "ferret out" civilian employees who have "seriously delinquent tax debt" and prevent the hiring of other tax delinquents.

More than 3 percent of the 2.8 million federal civilian employees owed the Treasury unpaid federal income taxes in 2008, according to the IRS. If you include retirees and military service members, the numbers go from nearly 100,000 up to 276,000 current or former workers who owe $3 billion in taxes.

"If you get to the point where the government is putting a lien on their property and they've exhausted their appeals… the right thing to do is fire them as a federal worker," said Chaffetz. "If you're going to take federal tax dollars, you should be paying your federal taxes." FULL STORY

DETROIT (AP) — A successful tax appeal on a modest three-bedroom home in northern Michigan has stirred up cash-hungry local governments, which are pleading with the state Supreme Court to reverse the decision.

The Michigan Municipal League and Michigan Assessors Association claim the state appeals court has created a “loophole” that could prevent local governments from boosting the assessments of certain properties.

In December, the appeals court said it was illegal for Charlevoix to uncap and nearly double the taxable value of a home after the death of a co-owner. James Klooster had added his son, Nathan, to the deed in 2004, five months before his death.

The court said the elder Klooster’s death did not trigger a transfer in ownership under state law. In Michigan, the taxable value of a home can’t go up much unless there’s a new owner, typically through a sale. FULL STORY

OUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK HERE IN MICHIGAN

This is unbelievable. When you read the history of Richard Short is hard to believe that this man ever intended to build a business. Then to top it off, look at what type of business it was. "To build and ship renewable energy and sanitation equipment to African Villages?"

Convicted embezzler and scam artist Richard Short was back in a Flint jail Wednesday — a day after taking a stage with an unwitting Gov. Jennifer Granholm to celebrate a $9.1-million state tax break for his new company.

State officials who oversee the breaks — but don’t do background checks — were humiliated. Republicans called for investigations into how a felon duped a state agency.

Short, 57, couldn’t actually take the credits until he made good on his business plan: spending $18.5 million and hiring 765 people to convert a former Flint chassis plant and build and ship renewable energy and sanitation equipment to African villages.

He didn’t tell the state that he’d served nearly six years in jail and prison for embezzling money from a Muskegon-area battery-maker, or that he’d been convicted for bank loan fraud. FULL STORY

Friday, we reported that the Democrats were within four votes of passing Obamacare. Monday we were told that the Democrats picked up four votes. Was that just propaganda to make it appear that passage of the unpopular Obamacare bill was, like a Hillary Presidency, inevitable? FULL STORY

Tea parties win key victory in ousting Congress

Court rules 'no precedent' stopping voters from recall of U.S. senator

Sen. Robert Menendez, D-N.J.

Tea partiers in New Jersey have moved one step closer to ousting a sitting U.S. senator that they say has shown "a total disregard for the people's wishes."

New Jersey Tea Parties United and the Sussex County Tea Party have joined forces to try an unprecedented way of sending a message to Washington: removing a senator through a recall vote.

New Jersey is one of a handful of states that allows for the recall of its congressmen, thanks to a constitutional amendment New Jersey voters approved by a 3-to-1 margin in 1993.

A three-judge appellate panel ruled today that the New Jersey secretary of state must accept the tea partiers' notice of intent to recall Sen. Robert Menendez, D-N.J., and allow their joint recall committee to begin collecting the voter signatures needed to put the senator's name back on the ballot, two years before his term is supposed to end. Idaho Bill Permits State Taxes Be Paid With Silver

TheStreet.com

BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Idaho lawmakers are backing a plan that would allow state tax bills to be paid down with silver medallions instead of cash.

The bill approved Monday is intended to encourage the use of silver as a form of currency and reinvigorate Idaho's silver mining industry, which has been in decline for decades.

Athol Republican Rep. Phil Hart told the House State Affairs Committee that consumers should rely less on money printed by the federal government because inflation will diminish its value. His bill reignites a long-standing debate about the value of paper money not backed by commodities.

Hart's measure also includes tax breaks for any company that agrees to process silver ore for the medallions.

Lawmakers in Georgia considered allowing citizens to pay taxes with gold and silver last year.

Judge Kithil Highlights Most Atrocious Sections of Health Care Reform Bill

By Norman Adams

"I have reviewed selected sections of the bill, and find it unbelievable that our Congress, led by Speaker Nancy Pelosi, could come up with a bill loaded with so many wrong-headed elements." "Both Republicans and Democrats are equally responsible for the financial mess of both Social Security and Medicare programs." "I am opposed to HB 3200 for a number of reasons. To start with, it is estimated that a federal bureaucracy of more than 150,000 new employees will be required to administer HB3200. That is an unacceptable expansion of a government that is already too intrusive in our lives. If we are going to hire 150,000 new employees, let's put them to work protecting our borders, fighting the massive drug problem and putting more law enforcement/firefighters out there."

"Other problems I have with this bill include:"

** Page 50/section 152: The bill will provide insurance to all non-U.S. residents, even if they are here illegally.

** Page 58 and 59: The government will have real-time access to an individual's bank account and will have the authority to make electronic fund transfers from those accounts.

** Page 65/section 164: The plan will be subsidized (by the government) for all union members, union retirees and for community organizations (such as the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now - ACORN).

** Page 203/line 14-15: The tax imposed under this section will not be treated as a tax. (How could anybody in their right mind come up with that?)

** Page 241 and 253: Doctors will all be paid the same regardless of specialty, and the government will set all doctors' fees.

** Page 272. section 1145: Cancer hospital will ration care according to the patient's age.

** Page 317 and 321: The government will impose a prohibition on hospital expansion; however, communities may petition for an exception.

** Page 425, line 4-12: The government mandates advance-care planning consultations. Those on Social Security will be required to attend an "end-of-life planning" seminar every five years. (Death counseling.)

** Page 429, line 13-25: The government will specify which doctors can write an end-of-life order.

HAD ENOUGH???? Judge Kithil then goes on:

"Finally, it is specifically stated that this bill will not apply to members of Congress. Members of Congress are already exempt from the Social Security system, and have a well-funded private plan that covers their retirement needs. If they were on our Social Security plan, I believe they would find a very quick 'fix' to make the plan financially sound for their future."

Financial Cons Run Wall Street

The director of Trends Research Institute, Gerald Celente, comments on corruption at Lehman Brothers and Wall Street hijacking the country.

Senior health care solution--according to Maxine

So you're a senior citizen and the government says no health care for you, what do you do?
Our plan gives anyone 65 years or older a gun and 4 bullets.

You are allowed to shoot 2 senators and 2 representatives. Of Course, this means you will be sent to prison where you will get 3 meals a day, a roof over your head, and all the health care you need! New teeth, no problem. Need glasses, great. New hip, knees, kidney, lungs, heart? All covered. (And your kids can come and visit you as often as they do now).

And who will be paying for all of this? The same government that just told you that you are too old for health care.

Plus, because you are a prisoner, you don't have to pay any income taxes anymore.

House Votes to Impeach Judge G. Thomas Porteous, Jr., for High Crimes and Misdemeanors

The House impeached Judge G. Thomas Porteous, Jr. of Louisiana with four charges: that he accepted gifts in exchange for official actions, falsified and withheld information during a bankruptcy proceeding, made false statements as part of his Senate confirmation and received money from lawyers involved in a case that he oversaw. Unless the judge resigns, the Senate will hold a trial. A conviction on any of the four counts would remove Judge Porteous from office.

The Video That Will Put Geithner Behind Bars

They Cooked The Books
One Of The Greatest Crimes Ever Perpetrated

By Mike Whitney

March 13, 2010 "Information Clearing House" -- You gotta see this! If this doesn't convince you that the Timothy Geithner knew about the securities shenanigans that were going on at Lehman, than I don't know what will.

Keep in mind, that Geithner ran Lehman through 3 "stress tests" prior to bankruptcy; all of which Lehman failed, and yet, nothing was done. Anton R. Valukas--the examiner who wrote the 2,200 page investigative-report which was released on Thursday-- has provided plenty of information detailing Lehman's “materially misleading” accounting and “actionable balance sheet manipulation.”

In other words, they cooked the books. FULL STORY

Social Security to start cashing Uncle Sam's IOUs

During the 90's, I can remember telling people that there wasn't any money in the Social Security fund, only government IOU's. I was told I'm crazy, I'm just anti-government and all sorts of things. Well, as usual, the Main Stream Media is now reporting this when it's to late.

For those of you out there who still think we should trust Washington D. C. to handle our Health Care, you better pay attention.

By STEPHEN OHLEMACHER, Associated Press Writer – Sun Mar 14, 7:19 pm ET

PARKERSBURG, W.Va. – The retirement nest egg of an entire generation is stashed away in this small town along the Ohio River: $2.5 trillion in IOUs from the federal government, payable to the Social Security Administration.

It's time to start cashing them in.

For more than two decades, Social Security collected more money in payroll taxes than it paid out in benefits — billions more each year.

Not anymore. This year, for the first time since the 1980s, when Congress last overhauled Social Security, the retirement program is projected to pay out more in benefits than it collects in taxes — nearly $29 billion more.
Sounds like a good time to start tapping the nest egg. Too bad the federal government already spent that money over the years on other programs, preferring to borrow from Social Security rather than foreign creditors. In return, the Treasury Department issued a stack of IOUs — in the form of Treasury bonds — which are kept in a nondescript office building just down the street from Parkersburg's municipal offices.

Now the government will have to borrow even more money, much of it abroad, to start paying back the IOUs, and the timing couldn't be worse. The government is projected to post a record $1.5 trillion budget deficit this year, followed by trillion dollar deficits for years to come. FULL STORY

Iceland, the Mouse that Roared

By Szandor Blestman

I thought I heard something the other night. It was a distant sound, a low rumbling, a roar from some far off beast that had finally pronounced its presence. It woke me for a second, but it was so distant I felt no threat and simply rolled over and went back to sleep. The next morning I learned that Iceland was taking a stand. It was refusing to pay its British and Dutch debts. It is claiming the debts are a result of fraud, and it's right. They have made the offer to pay some years from now, if they can afford it at that time, and only as a percentage of their GDP. This offer has been, of course, declined by Iceland's creditor banks as they demand payment in the form of real assets.

The Icelanders have grown a pair, so to speak. They are doing something I wish Americans would have done, or will do in the future. They are standing up to the privately owned banks that seem to think they are above the law, that they can change the rules at their whim, and that they alone know what's best for the world, which of course happens to empower them and help their profits. I may not agree with all the politics of Iceland. It might not be the bastion of freedom one looking to get away from intrusive government might run to, but I do admire their stance against the banksters.

Let's examine the situation a little closer. The Icelanders claim that private banks owe the money to other private banks, not taxpayers. The people who own the private banks should be responsible for paying back the creditor banks, not the people of Iceland. I agree wholeheartedly with that assessment. Furthermore, I would take it a step further and make the assertion that any government official voting for any public borrowing that requires payment of public funds for interest be held responsible, or their family be held responsible, should the loans go into default. In other words, these public officials should not be allowed to maintain their fortunes while the common folk are expected to pay for the mistakes they made. Perhaps that would help stop the corruption. FULL STORY

So why did the Congress of the United States commit the American Citizens to paying for the corruption and private bankers creditors. Lets examine what our Constitution has to say.

Article I Sec. 9 Claus 7 of the Constitution of the United States of America clearly states:

No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States; and no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.

The Netherlands Honors Hoekstra

Hoekstra the Congressional Caucus on the Netherlands Chairman, was appointed as an Officer in the Order of Orange-Nassau during a ceremony in Washington, D.C. by Dutch Ambassador Chirstiaan Kršner.

The Order of Orange-Nassau was created in 1892 as a royal honor by the Dutch monarchy to recognize extraordinary service to society. Her Majesty the Queen is Grand Master of the Order. All nominations for the Order of the Orange-Nassau are elevated on a national basis by the Civil Honors Advisory Commission of the Netherlands.

Hoekstra emigrated from the Netherlands with his parents in 1956 and became a naturalized U.S. citizen at 9 years old, making him the only Dutch immigrant serving in Congress.

Order of Orange-Nassau

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In 1841 William II of the Netherlands, as Grand Duke of Luxembourg, created the Order of the Oak Crown. Although this was officially not a Dutch order, honours were regularly conferred on Dutch people. After the death of William III, Luxembourg became an independent state. There was a need for a third Dutch order, beside the military Order of William and Order of the Netherlands Lion, so that royal honours could be conferred upon foreign diplomats and people from lower ranks and classes.

The Order of Orange-Nassau has two divisions, civil and military, the former denoted by a wreath of laurel on the badges, and the latter by crossed swords on both the badges and the stars. The Order of Orange-Nassau can therefore be considered the Dutch equivalent of the Order of the British Empire.

First Hoekstra voted against the bailout and then he voted for the bailot. Who put pressure on Pete Hoekstra to change his vote? Who does the Congress of the United States of America represent?

Was this the reason for the passage of the "Original Thirteenth Article of Amendment To The Constitution For The United States"

"If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them." [Journal of the Senate]

Tea Party's and 9/12 Project, What Are They Really About?

People all over the country are doing amazing things today. These are people who up to a year ago, thought that voting, paying taxes and taking care of family was enough. Today, we see people taking an interest in what their school boards are doing, attending city and county board meetings, reading the bills and instructing their legislators before they vote on them.

Groups all over the country are reading their state constitution, some for the first time, reading books that tell the real history of this country instead of the watered down attempt that the schools are teaching today.

Instead of just paying taxes, people are now looking at what the tax money is being spent on and then holding their politicians accountable. This is where I commend Glenn Beck. By bringing people together who share the 9 Principles and 12 Values that are the bases of our Constitution, these people are now spreading the education that we need in order to take our country back.

I just wish, that Glenn Beck would invite Bob Schulz, to talk about We The People Foundation and the crusade for education and citizen vigilance. The ever forgotten last ten words of the First Article of the Bill of Rights. ...and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

I wish that Glenn would invite a representative from the American Jury Institute to discuss what a Fully Informed Jury is.

There is no one leader to this movement. Can someone in LA possibly know what is going on Muskegon? No! We need to start with our own community and work our way up. That's what this movement is about. Why not find a local group and join it today? Listen to the story's told on Glenn Beck's show yesterday, then ask yourself, " what am I waiting for?"

Congress, Ariz. school district sues taxpayers to stop questions

Goldwater Institute Watchdog Report
March 10, 2010

The Goldwater Institute Watchdog Report is a periodic publication intended to identify government corruption and waste and to hold politicians and public agencies accountable to taxpayers.

A handful of taxpayers in a small community north of Wickenburg, Arizona are being targeted by the local school district in a lawsuit that asks a judge to declare they have no right to request public records, sue the district, or complain to outside agencies.

The Congress Elementary School District claims that past efforts by these residents to obtain documents such as minutes of board meetings and spending reports amount to harassment that should not have to be tolerated.

But Jean Warren, one of the four defendants named in the lawsuit filed January 28, 2010 [2], said the complaint is an illegal attempt to silence citizens who have questioned the district’s policies and spending practices.

“The whole thing is based on trying to shut us down so that nobody has any rights,” Warren said. “Just because you live in a small area does not mean you don’t have rights. Everything I believe about the Constitution and what it means to be a citizen of the USA is being shot down.” FULL STORY
