§ 3 Assembly, consultation, instruction, petition.
Sec. 3.
The people have the right peaceably to assemble, to consult for the common good, to instruct their representatives and to petition the government for redress of grievances.
I am instructing you Senator Levin and Senator Stabenow, to add your names to the list of Cosponsors to S. 604.
To STOP S. 1261 THE PASS ACT
and to OPPOSE Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor.
