I am sure that many of you who have looked at what is going on here at this blog (In Perpetuum Rights) have taken particular note of West Virginia Board of Education v. Barnette as applied in the Petitions for Recall of the entire United States Senate for Constitutional Violations.
It is so encouraging as to how it is that OUR UNALIENABLE RIGHTS are never subject to any Electorial vote.
Well the following quote makes clear that not even the U.S. Supreme Court can make a vote and call it a Ruling that violates the Constitution and its restraint of government from ever reaching our Liberties:
